I'm in the middle of rebuilding my Focus ST (Mk3 Facelift ST3 version from late 2017). Nothing external done at all: everything is under the skin: - Focus RS dual mass flywheel & clutch - Mfactory helical LSD - Airtec Stage 2 Air intake system - PumaSpeed Stage 3 uprated intercooler - Rear motor mount upgraded - Stage 1 PumaSpeed MAXD-OUT 280+ retune (289bhp on the dyno & 386 lb ft torque) Next week a Milltek Sport catback with titanium tips goes on. Beginning of July, a new Turbosmart recirculating valve to replace the OEM plastic one, and Airtec solid charge pipes. Avoiding coilovers and lowering the car as I want good ground clearance and reasonably good supple ride, and later in the year a Milltek Sport hi-flow 200 cell downpipe coupled with a PumaSpeed MAXD-OUT 300+ retune (for just over 300bhp, probably around 310-320 it will yield)
Dudee i installed a Mishimoto radiator on mine because the stock one got blowned by a tiny rock. Huge pain to change mostly due to put everything back together. That hood gap is a problem. A one in a million problem. I'm installing some rubber seal for that gap to avoid getting another tiny rock in the engine bay again. Even if its one of the rarest even ever.
Figured id mention, my rally Armour mudflaps are made VERY durable nothing close to $30 eBay quality. I race with mine and tear up backroads constantly and after washing them you'd think they were brand new made to last. They help a ton keep things nice when kicking up all that debris
Nice brakedown of all your mods, nice to see how the car evolved to the machine it is now. Never heared of the spacer trick with the front fender mountings. Did you came up with that or did you find it somewere?
Carwash destroyed my front lip all because the new girl can't direct how to line you car up smh, the entry for the wash it self is at the end of a steep curve. So my full splitter looks like yours now, and 200$ to replace it is gonna go to cooling solutions. Lmao

Curious why you took off the tru vacuum line for the bov?
The instructions for the recirculation valve said it was intended to be run off the solenoid so I switched it back

Do you need a tune to run a catless downpipe?
I ran a catless downpipe for several months without a tune buts it’s definitely recommend. It’ll mess with fuel but it won’t harm anything
