greetings, good work. I have a marine engine. A lot of gasoline is coming to the injectors, but I think it is not going to the spark plugs, because they are dry. Also, when I press the starter, it throws oily gasoline from the exhaust. The injectors were tested and found to be sound. What do you think could be the reason? I wish you a good day.

I recently cleaned my fuel injectors with 180K miles on them and now I have a rough idle and gas smell from the exhaust. I wish I had left them alone.

You should have just REPLACE THEM!!

Probably they were so worn that the gunk provided a seal, so when you removed all that stuff made the wear to be more prominent. I cleaned mine with about 80k and they work just as new. I hope you got your problem solved.

Cant you change the firmware of ecu to account 50% increase of fuel spraying? It would mean: set 2/3 of time for the new injector to have same fuel amount

Very informational. I think I will replace the fuel injectors on my truck because it gets 15 miles per gallon. Who knows when is the last time they were replaced, maybe they are the original 20 year old ones.

Please help.
After cleaning my injectors my car has issues starting up.
The car starts up normal when the engine is cold
But when i drive the car and then stop it for an hour and then turn it on again it hesitates to turn on.
It happened after cleaning the injectors.
Is it possible that cleaning damaged the injectors?

These injectors do not need to be replaced. If you are dirty, wash them in 10 minutes. If you want to buy, then buy only the original and second-hand ones. Cheap ones from Kiyata will not work correctly.

Neither one are good. You really need one that fogs. More combustable surface area per droplet. Thus better gas mileage.
