Great video pal, absolutely gorgeous scenery ❤️. You mentioned you were “sweating drips, sweating everything “ , at 04:20, I call sweating cobs from where I come from 🤣
Great idea to go for a wild swim on a day like that! Beautiful views of the surroundings! The whole walk is so scenic, could watch this for hours. So epic to see the jets too before your dip in the pools, they look so majestic! This was great thank you so much for sharing!
Crystal clear water and footage. An amazing place.
Thanks for sharing. Now I must follow in your footsteps 👍
Enjoy👍
I actually plopped in the same pool on my way down from Piers Gill and Scafell on a baking hot afternoon in August 2022. Great spot to revitalise.

Haha thanks, I think I was about to say “sweating cobs” as I say that, maybe I thought no one would know what I meant. We say that in Cheshire way👍

Great place to go too, i went there myself yesterday and also had the whole place to myself too
Glad to hear that especially for a weekend in this weather, it’s a beaut of a pool👍
Excellent spot I'm a local and have never seen it before must have walked past it going up gable/honister 30 times atleast.
Thanks, a recommended gem of a pool👍
Wow
Worth a summer dip👍
How long does it take to walk from the carpark?
About an hour
Hi the pool is locally known as Emerald Pool not Fairy Pool
Can you drink the water?
Well it’s river water and not spring water, so I’d let you decide
stunning surroundings, whats the nearest railway station to wasdale?
Drigg maybe or Ravenglass but still quite far away
@@TheWoollybackwalker no worries, just bead a location that’s close to a railway station being as I don’t drive, any info would be much appreciated 👍
I think you might be able to get a bus from Ravenglass to Wasdale Head, but I’ve never done this myself so don’t quote me on it
@@TheWoollybackwalker ok mate, no worries 👍
Seascale is the nearest proper rail station. No bus service but you can get a taxi, £25 ish. Worth every penny!!
Where abouts is this
The Lake District
do you have the coordinates for this!
No sorry but it’s in Lingmell Beck as mentioned in the video, follow the path alongside the river and you can’t go wrong
