@@digitaldrummingcan I ask you: what converters/interface did you use to record this? It has a really good, incredibly subtle limiter-sound on the top and pristine sound? If that’s just how the EFnote module output sounds with a software limiter on top, then I am super impressed with the quality of the module’s converters 😊
We love you Ralf! So great that you have your channel so we can keep watching your videos. We all missed you after the Drumtec arrangement ceased. Hope you're doing well brother.
@@Acoustic2Electronic Thank you so much dude! I’m super fine doing the same work I did for drum-tec for manufacturers & distributors directly (which actually is even more fun). Additionally I’ve started a new store on www.ageancymbals.de that has replaced the drum-tec west showroom in the Mainz facility. And there’s some super exciting new projects coming up, so all in all my individual situation has actually improved a lot since I quit working with drum-tec 🍾🤙🕺🏻 but thank you so much for asking / caring! Kind regards, R
@@Cloudw1024 Thanks man! I‘d have to try editing one, the kits in the video are the efnote5 stock kits played „out of the box“ without any additional editing. Kind regards!
Best sounding module. Roland needs to up their drum module sound. I have roland vad 505 but never liked its sound unless i use it with a drum software seperately
Sounding awesome. Have they improved the sounds of late? While still keeping that Efnote character, I feel these ones are more impressive than previous Efnote 5 kits I’ve heard. It could just be in my head, or that you’re so badass on drums, I’m hearing that. Then again, Michael Beddard is also a BADASS!
@@AerisVelivolus My very subjective opinion would be the efnote 🥁 but try to test both for yourself, it’s REALLY subjective, both kits are great. Kind regards!
hey man, I love your playing style, i'm considering getting the efnote 5x, does the 5x module feature the same kits as this one? they sound so awesome!
man, these sound good. After seeing a bunch of Roland 716 vids, it's amazing that EFNote can make a better sounding kit at 1/3 of the price.
Why can't Roland have some of these snare sounds
@@drummerboy100jh efnote snare machine guns specially when playing rolls
I love the EfNote 5. Great drumming as usual Ralf!
@@demonicsweaters Thanks pal! ✌️🤙
This is THE BEST video that could have come out tonight hands down!! THANK YOU!!

Killer playing every time!
@@jasonreeve5012 thank you so much Jason! ✌️🍾
Played this drum set at guitar center Atlanta Ga....sounds way better than Roland td 50...plays like a real kit.
Groove at 1:38 is crazy! Great work

@@ThePowerchimp I am not working with them anymore since late 2023 🥁⏰
Great drumming as always. Something tells me you could (should) do an entire video just on your cool watch collection.
@@ss-gc9qq haha thanks man, will consider that! ✌️⏰⏱️🧭🕰️
Great job Ralf!

It's sounds so good and it only a million dollars hahaha. I love this set!!!

This ekit surprised me a lot, it sounds really good and it does not feel like an ekit. Now where to get the money to buy one 😂😂😂

Thanks a lot! The Roland is amazing and has the digital pads, but I think the Efnote 3X is indeed something special!

Thank you very much! The 5x sounds are not 100% identical as far as I remember, but they are very close to the 5. kind regards!
Is it just me or do they sound kind of rubbery?? If that’s a thing. I noticed Roland’s sounds are very similar.
