...and still cool to own today! Thankfull to have picked up tips from you here and there on these. It would be great to see a full restoration video or recommended replace/upgrade parts list. I'd even be happy to pay for it!
As a freshman in college in 1973 two folks I met had the KA-2500 amplifiers. I was amazed at the quality of the sound but couldn't afford it at the time. I didn't forget! I purchased one I found on ebay around year 2000 along with a pair of JBL 2500 bookshelf speakers for my garage. They have been sitting my shed for over 13 years and decided I wanted to setup a stereo system for my bedroom. I took them out, dusted the off, hooked them up with a spare CD/DVD player and WHAM! Not only worked flawlessly (a few knob turning crackles) and my wife asked me to turn it down. I started at volume 0 then turned it to 5 and was absolutely impressed!
