@@BREW2LFOXBODY I will second Brew2L on this! Matt is the man, he is tuning my fox too and just with the base tune, the idle and drivability is a noticeable improvement over my previous tune.
Best dang ol'fox channel ever!!!! You put the candy down on the shelf for the kids to get it. K.I.S.S. y'all have a safe camp'n trip and as always thanks for post'n.
I'm newer to owning a fox but I'm telling all the old school cats about you. Guys like you that have had them for 20 plus yrs. I'm just a fan of someone who gets in there and makes it happen. Everyone's got opinions like bcam or whatever. Overall you can't argue with results. I am impressed by your ability and willingness. This is a very cool build. Idk if I'm trying it. I just love the 90s pushrod roller that is unmistakable from two miles off. Been wanting that sound at my fingertips for 30 yrs. You are pretty damn awesome. I'm hoping that your passion for this is what gives you true freedom and peace from the daily grind. Anyone who's willing to dedicate their time to teach all aspects of fox In a real personable way deserves it!
Thanks to you for real. Idk man, you are someone I'd call a leader. Your video of the car clubs throughout the yrs speaks volumes. All the dedication to people is where its at for you. It's genuine, honest, and most importantly, passion within you. A definite person that enjoys sharing his knowledge and love for people. Sry brother, not trying to ask you out on a date. Lololol. Man this world don't give credit where the real is so I wanted you to have a chance to hear what some of us out here sees. Keep it up man.
Man every time I see this car I realize how far I have to go. My 89 is like a hornets nest. Everything but the drivetrain needs replaced. I really want to just strip everything, paint, and start fresh. Your videos help me out tremendously. I'll probably watch some of them 10-15 times ..or more. Appreciate the content 👍
Just something to add in the beginning of the install under the drivers seat the fuel pump relay will be under the hood and to the passenger side on some foxbodies. I have not installed a terminator x "yet" but the fuel pump relay is in a different spot on some foxbodies. Maybe someone will see this and it will help them.
I installed one with the fuel pump relay in the passenger side. Theres a green connector in the passenger side kickpanel that it runs to. Tap into one of I believe 4 wires (can't remember which color it was) with the green wire and it'll signal the fuel pump. If you watch fixbody vid on the terminator x install I left a more detailed comment on which wire it was. I wired in an extra relay to be on the safe side as well.
I have a Holley universal ford wiring harness and it uses 4 wires for IAC instead of 2 which is what the IAC uses. I can’t figure out which 2 wires to splice out of the 4 available
This literally helped me finish my 89 vert! I was pulling my hair out with those pigtails for the gauges. Could not find a schematic that had them. Thanks man!
Keep up the great video's man u made it look and sound easy maybe I'll get a holly now, just let us know more about the AC connections cause it gets hot here in TX lol !!
Sometimes that white signal wire from the TFI module has to be connected directly to the negative side of the coil to fire the car off. I tried splicing it in and car wouldn't start for shit. I connected it directly to it and it fired up instantly or if you have a ignition box you shouldn't have any issues. If anyone else is having that issue that very well could be the problem of a no start situation. Awesome vid and content man. I really enjoy watching your channel and always look forward to your videos.
It was harder to do what I did before....convert the original harness to run as a standalone.....not all switched sources are switched at run AND crank. Make sure yours is.
Not sure if its the right way, but I routed my power harness across and underneath the front rad support to lessen the bulk of wires across the firewall.
Holley sold me a Terminator X for my 95 F150, I am puzzled with some of the differences between a Foxbody harness and an OBD 1 F150 harness ("Bowl" Style Distributor). Thoughts, or shall I wait to talk with Holley? My big concern is if I need to splice into the 8pin connector at the distributor, or just plug into the TFI located on the drivers fender...
Could you do a part 3 video to show how you hid and tucked the terminator x main harness? It's pretty bulky and im having a tough time with the carpet and carpet sill plate
Can you tell me what the wire you cut on the fuel pump relay goes to? I know the termi is connected to it but does it lead all back to fuel pump? Making sure I splice into right one. And obviously all the other wires on stock relay aren't going to anything anymore correct?
Hey I need advice I had my car running on the terminator x. Parked it for the winter an now the car will not start. I get no spark at all. Any help would be appreciated. I tried changing crank sensors an still didn't help. Any advice appreciated
I have a question for you about and 87 efi car to carb conversion. I’ve decided to swap to carb and nitrous from efi and I want to retain all of the essentials, such as air conditioning and my climate control. Is there a company that makes a stand alone dash harness for a carb car that will allow me to plug and play it? I’ve heard the dash harness is completely different prior to 87 and I’m afraid of getting a 84 mustang painless kit and it not working for my application...

Great job brother! Looks awesome 👊🏻
Awesome! Great info as always. I'm curious how you got in running better. What fell into the lower intake?
We thought something did… I’ll be talking about that in the next video
I DNT even own a fox. But I love watching brew2l mess with them!
How does it hook up to the stock TPS?
I've gotten your T-shirt this week and decal and put it on my S550 mustang

Definitely cool you can retain the factory harness if you want.
Very cool! U going to do a 3rd video with some pulls?
I’m time yes sir
I know this is a dumb question. Where did you wire your ac compressor.
Not sure if its the right way, but I routed my power harness across and underneath the front rad support to lessen the bulk of wires across the firewall.
What about the a/c what is needed to hook it up
I’ve been waiting on my terminator x for over 2 months…hopefully I get it next shipment 😅
🤞
Does this car have working AC? If so, how do you have the ac tank wired? Thanks!
I finally got mine today I order it April 3rd and now it finally shows up
Congratulations brother!
Great video!!
I appreciate ya
Couldn’t you have run the hot and ground wire to your terminal blocks in the fender well?
Ordered mine a month ago and still haven’t heard anything from Holley about my TerminatorX 😢

Doing this kit on an LS right now. Blown away they can charge me three grand for this harness and it doesn’t have anything for the alternator.

Let me know what you do for the A/C I’m in the process of installing it now
Where did you run your oil pressure/fuel pressure wires?
I haven’t hooked the aftermarket sensors yet.
Great video. Been using this and your first one as well. Question though, what Amp fuses did you use in your add a circuit?
@brew2l Could you show more about getting the ac working with this system.
did you hook up the White wire coming from the distributor to the Green wire coming from the coil and the gray plug?
Is that the fox body specific kit? I had to buy the the Ford kit and was wondering about the TPS and IAC connectors
I’m in the middle of wiring mine in right now and I’m confused on the coil wiring still
the harness that says "connect straight to battery", what if you have battery in trunk?
What part number to this Holley Terminator X. Is this one the Terminator X max?
Awesome! Thank you!

I love my terminator x the only thing I can't stand on it is the IAC logic
So overall does your car idle better, worse, or about the same as with the factory computer?

Why did you have to re-pin the MAP sensor?
The factory Holley harness connector doesn’t match up with the 3 bar map sensor
Good work dude
Why the switch from micro squirt to the Terminator X?
The support is much better for the Holly system!
how do you like your holley compare to the megasquirt?

#7 led is blue says No cam Signal... what do I do?
I see there is 2 5 pin style relays on my efi harness ones fuel pump what's the other one for?
What fuse size for the wire run to the fuse panel?
How did you get the alternator to charge
How did you wire you fans an the boost controller?
What was the other problem with the car?
What Holley kit part number?
What color wire did you hook the green wire to under the seat
