Looks good Wayne, just a point to make it should be noted those springs are best left a little loose, I found that works much better so they can pivot, also if you want to temporarily mount the front like I have a GM screw through the bottom of the mount is the correct screw to use

One thing to watch for, check the headlights fold back down fully and line up flush with the bonnet and front nose. The headlight LED wiring needs to come out the rear of the light housings facing towards the wings, NOT straight out centrally. Took me ages to figure it out but it is in the photos of the instructions even though it does not state this. Mine work perfectly now, fully opening and close flush with the bonnet/hood & nose.
Hi Wayne, I am enjoying the KITT build. For some stupid reason I put the head light bar round the wrong way. Totally forgot which way was L and R were supposed to face. I have taken it all apart and now works brilliantly. Thank Wayne you are a great person Love and peace.
I love how the lights flip up and light up all at the same time via remote! I can watch that all day! I think you may have mislabeled a part though. At 20:11 you identified the Light Lense cover as a "front reflector," and the "Rear Reflector as the "Rear reflector" of the Lense reflector. So, assuming this is a 2-year build with 110 Stages, your about 28 stages or 7 more months from completion?
Hi Wayne. I am on this part of the build now. Did you notice how badly scratched your trim panels are that go on to the top of the scanner? Mine are too. Only noticed them when light is reflected off them. I have had to order more.....this model has had so many problems, glad we are nearing the end.
So is it possible to have all the other lights on without the headlights flipped up? It's a cool gimmick but not something we saw all that often on the show.

Hi wayne, the headlights and fog lamps are very yellow in colour! Is that how they actually are on the model or is the camera recording that has changed the colour temperature on the lights! was hoping they were more natural and fluorescent or white! thanks.
i have no online abo i buy on paperstore . last part 81 than 2 weeks no parts comming and than week 3 come part 87 !! so 5 parts missing why ? and support can not help me where are from my car the missing parts. and part 77 was defekt after 1 month paperstore get new part but there the part of the car was complet broken and if i write so support they say me they ask the Department. some weeks no info and than support say they have no Replacement edition in stock ?

I have just gone to reconnect the electrics to check the lights motor and nothing seems to work , any ideas or help please ,I checked batteries in the car and watch it's not making no sound and no lights nothing
@lukesunner1144 check the lead coming from the battery box first to ensure the plug that goes into the board has power. I'm guessing if nothing is working that's your issue. If it does have power then the issue is with the remote.
Dude u havnent finished this shit yet? That is why I dont buy those kits. If I buy it I want all of the parts immediately. I am not going to sit around for 6 months or a year to get a model done. I dont have time like that.

It’s always a relief when it works first time keep your fingers crossed got mine today when I come back from vacation great vid as usual Wayne.
One thing to watch for, check the headlights fold back down fully and line up flush with the bonnet and front nose. Yep instructions are in the magazine which I don’t keep but it involves holding one of the buttons down

I would get a volt.meter to it to ensure.power is getting to the board
