The design and fittings inside are not really so extraordinary to warrant such high prices (sale and rental), I mean US $230 000 is just out of this world. Even US $170 000 is relatively high. As a South African, I must say that a US $170 000 can get you a nice single storey house in an upmarket suburb in a gated estate somewhere in Cape Town. US $230 000 can get you a very nice three bedroom apartment here in Birmingham in the UK 🇬🇧. I think the developer of these houses went a bit more greedy with their pricing honestly.

its sad the government is not helping on this currency issues , ghana is supposed to be a cedis country and now all you hear is dollars .... the government need to fine all these owners ... they are reason Ghana is becoming a worse place to live now ...
