I think you're referring to WBI Apartments. You can find it on Google maps. Their first apartment is located where their microfinance office is, Galelea Market. It's like 10 mins after the toll booth. They have other apartments at Tuba and others farther away (Kasoa)

It's all in your budget. You can find modern for 2500 USD a month if you want. It's all about how deep your pockets are.🤷🏾
