Wow! This song really caught you off guard 😅 An Ave Maria is originally a prayer to The Virgin Mary, mother of God. Many classical composers have written their music to the prayer, like Schubert and Bizet. In this case the music is written by Igor Krutoy for Dimash to say a prayer to ALL mankind regardless of religious beliefs or lack thereof. It is a vocalise ( no words, just wowls or phrases) and Dimash uses very high skilled techniques to do this 🎶 ❤️ Especially at the end where he slows down the note and then gives it more power at the end, all in one breath 😍 Well, you have learned something new today - and isn't that what life is all about 🤗 Remember to always expect the unexpected from Dimash, who can do anything with his voice 🥰

Dimash turned 30 a few weeks ago.
Its call vocalise - its a legitimate way to sing some music when words are not needed. Igor on the piano is a composer and has support Dimash for some years.
Dimash looks young here - but was actually 27 at the time (not that 27 is old, by any means).

If I'm not mistaken, this “Ave Maria” by composer and conductor Igor Krutoy is a work in vocalize format, completely unpublished, although it seems to be a variation of the initial theme (not the introduction but the singing part) of the melody by Schubert adapted to Dimash's voice in order to explore just as three initial notes and changing the fourth note to a higher note (From B4, A4 D#4 C#4 and B4 to G#4, G4, G4, D#5): Like a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (from dark to light)! It also seems to refer to the Russian V. Vavilov's version of "Ave Maria" (wrongly credited to Caccine) and work by JS Bach - Prelude No. 1 in C major, BWV 846, with arrangements by Gounod, which Maetro Igor Krutoy has a predilection for!
