I agree, Dimash is among the best of the best singers. Evidently, he has a 7 octave range, and his voice is stunning. The only other two singers with that range that I know of are Scott Hoying and Mitch Grassi of Pentatonix, the acapella group who won The Sing Off (acapella group competition) in 2011. To watch their video of Hallelujah filmed in the desert outside of Barstow, California, USA, do a search on UA-cam.
