    Ingredients:
    Finger millet flour (रागी का आटा): 1/2 cup,
    Fresh sorghum flour (ताजा ज्वार का आटा): 1/2 cup,
    Gram flour (बेसन): 1/2 cup,
    Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
    Chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste, OR 1 tbsp,
    Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर): 1 tbsp,
    Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर): 1 tsp,
    Carom seeds (अजवाइन): 1/2 tsp,
    Sesame seeds (तिल): 2 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Finely chopped onion (बारीक कटा प्याज): 1 medium size,
    Grated cucumber (कसा हुआ खीरा): 1/2 cup,
    Finely chopped fenugreek leaves (मेथी की पत्तियां बारीक कटी हुई): 1 cup,
    Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट): 1 tbsp,
    Oil/Clarified butter (तेल/घी): as per required,
    **Use warm water to knead a dough, dough should be tight (आटा गूंथने के लिये हल्का गर्म पानी का प्रयोग कीजिये, आटा सख्त होना चाहिये)**
    **Sorghum flour should not old more than 15 days (ज्वार का आटा 15 दिन से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए)**
