    Shrimp vegetable porridge is low in calories and helps you feel full.
    It is especially good for dieting and weight management.
    It’s also great as a breakfast substitute, so don’t skip breakfast^-^
    *Measures are scale (g) and rice spoon (Tbsp) measurements.
    ♠ Ingredients [1 serving]
    - 100g frozen shrimp (11 used)
    - 40g oatmeal
    - 80g frozen vegetables
    - One grain of anchovy coin broth
    - 450ml water
    - A little salt and pepper (turn off the heat)
    - 1 spoon of sesame oil (off heat)
    ♠ Garnish
    - Sesame seeds
    - Black sesame seeds
    ♠ Tip
    - If you don’t have coin broth, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce in the middle.
    - You can also add chicken breast or tuna instead of shrimp.
