It is worth knowing also that sometimes when you update the software on the fire stick these settings will all go back to their default and you have to turn them all off over again.

That’s a good point.
Like google play store with auto update apps. Then they try to trick you into turning it on when you go to each individual app to turn on auto updates. Cause obviously one is gonna tap the right button. It does say turn on though.

I have been noticing like 3 sound bars every time that I paused a video on UA-cam and it was kind of freaky because it seems like my tv was actually listening to my conversations. Force stop is to help close out an app that is glitching.
I use an app that will continue playing when I exit it and play in the background so this is a way to stop it.

Well that was interesting....I have been trying to make Jack Ryan on Prime watchable as the audio sync was way off....I tried all the audio fixes to no avail....so, I stumbled on this video and followed your instructions....turned all that stuff off....then went back to Prime with the same result....but, this time when I went to the audio sync setting....the indicator on the bouncy thing was in a different location....I moved to match it....turned the show back on and all was synced properly! So something helped....thanks for this! Oh..yeah..then I subscribed to your channel!

If you want better bass out of your sub, put it in a corner, 3 or 4 inches off each wall. You'll get better and tighter low end.

I have a Fire TV Recast DVR.. but I'd like to watch it on another (smart) TV in the house. Is the FireStick the *ONLY* way to do this, or is there an app and/or other HDMI sticks* that will work?

As someone who is going to attempt the Firestick 4K for the first time this seems like critical options that need to be turned off. It's absolutely uncalled for , for Amazon to deliver these devices with these options already turned on. Hopefully it's there TOS or it's just bad business practices towards it's consumers.

No idea if TV supported but DOFU sports does have people link to streams on youtube and that can be cast to the big screen. Until channel taken down. Then back to the app to see where you can find an active stream again.

I was wondering if maybe you know the answer to this question:
I just purchased the Amazon Fire Stick 3rd GEN that I connected to a regular tv in hdmi 1, that tv is connected to an OTA digital antenna,
but I cannot watch those antenna channels within the fire stick, I have to use my tv remote to switch inputs from hdmi 1 to antenna and
use the tv remote to view the channels, is there a way to solve that problem?
As a estrange note, I also purchased a smart LG Fire Tv that I connected to the OTA digital antenna as well, and in that one I am able to go
to "Settings", "Input" and select "Antenna", it did scan for channels and now, when I press the TV CHANNEL BUTTON in that remote, it makes
available the antenna channels plus the others from Tubi, Pluto, etc. Do you think that the 3rd GEN stick doesn't offer that capability?

I have issue on Amazon fire stick which I bought. There's no simple way by pressing one button on remote to switch from fire stick to another hdmi (tv cable). It works only from tv cable input to fire stick by pressing home button. If I set up on microphone to switch from fire stick to tv cable, it works, but then it suddenly disappear option to return on fire stick by pressing home button. I'm wondering why they produced functions that way more complicated?!

pro tip, if you hold the 'select' button and the 'play/pause' button on your remote for a few seconds it will restart your Fire stick. I suggest doing this daily to keep your Fire stick running smoothly.
