Hikvision Villa Door Stations Review: DS-KV8113, DS-KV8213, DS-KV8413: Versatility and Style. The Door Stations we’ve got today are simple and convenient, no frills, but they perform all their functions good and feels solid. I like that they are standalone, inexpensive and versatile. Camera is 2 mp., FullHD 1080p, capable of recording at 30 FPS, the view angle is 128 degrees, which is good. 2 buttons on body to tie them within specific subscribers to perform calls. A card reader, supporting Mifare type of cards, EXIR-type infrared illumination with 2 low-visible infrared LEDs located on left and right inside card reading area to be as less noticeable as possible. Supported microSD cards capacity is 128 gb. On the back we've got tamper, RJ-45 for the LAN cable, and by the way, our call panel supports PoE-feature, thus we can give on it a power and network via 1 LAN-cable from the PoE-switch. However, we can easily bring here 12 volts power supply that will go here. Also there aree terminals for connecting doors - 1 and 2, as well as the inputs for alarm sensors, and the RS-485 interface.

Great review and tutorial. Can you explain how to enroll a doorstation device? I cannot find it listed when I try to add and read a Mifare card. The list is empty.

why nobody tells you that with this intercom you need an extra 12V PSU and an extra cable for the electric door lock / magnetic lock.... which i think it is a very NOT smart (crappy) thing....... why couldn't hikvision make an 12V output on the door intercom, because right now i really not understand for what did they make it PoE because you're forced to use an PSU and to draw an extra cable.......
Can we use 2 door station I.e 8413 and 6113 with 1 indoor station I.e 6320.?

How inserted a micro sd card but its not working... Any help?
Use to foreign accents but @1:40 I listened a few times to try and understand what is said. Even looked up other european languages to see if it was a slip but couldn't find any word that sounded like this. Think its just unclear, sounds like 10MP but the doorbell definitely has 2 MP.

I have a Villa 8213, on IVMS 4200 when you attempt to enrol Mifare card I can select the villa unit from the drop down, when I press read, and show the card to the reader it bleeps once but the software does not read anything. Why is this ?
Another question is if I enrol the Mifare card using the WEB browser and master card, how do you manage the organisation people.

I have spoke to a reputable supplier today, they have advised Hik are working on a firmware update to resolve the problem.

SADP tool will activate it. Alternative you can activate it through the monitor setup if both are on the same subnet
