Such a clear video, you should show how the door lock connection is done to.complete the video and get a full demo of the capability of the system, wiring and slots available on the device , just POE info is very basic, security wiring should also be highlighted to complete the video

Configuration went perfect after watchting this tutorial. Perhaps a more advanced question. Is it possible to record video and audio upon motion trigger of the KD8003-IME1. Preferrable locally on IVMS or on the indoor station.
@@TJ34644 do you have the 2nd Gen intercom or something else then? It looks to be the only decent intercom for use with an application etc as videx and AES are rated poorly. If it wasn’t for a gate, I would otherwise look for a doorbell

DS-KH9510-WTE1. HAD A FUL SYSTEM FITTED CCTV & DOOR STATION WITH DOOR BELL. I'm experiencing a few issues there a 20sec delay on mobiles before it notify you somebody at the door, usually they have already left by the time you answer it. Also the external speaker is very quite you need to be right next to the bell to hear us talk. Can you offer any help. The volume setting on door station is on maximum so are all volume setting on mobiles. Many thanks Neil

Why would I only see my indoor device on the online search please ? The intercom is working correctly and I can use the app to view our gate and open the gate etc. but I cannot see the gate intercom on the software?

It works perfect with iOS, with Android i have all the time 360100 issue 2way audio error, newest firmware , and all permissions set , can't comunicate via Android ;-(
I did everything exactly as shown and my door station is not calling indoor station (calling failed). Although I can se the live view of the door station camera by pressing the live view button. How do I assign the button to call the indoor station?
password for configuration is no longer default. Password you set when you activate the device is now immportant for settings. Also if you have door station and monitors connected while your door station is inactive, it gets auto activate imput from monitor if you activate the monitor on screen. login to door station will be admin and password you set at monitor to activate monitor... This might save you some time and I recommend try passwords before you continue to settings

Have an error when using the phone. Error is "failed to turn the two-way audio on (3611003) Anyone knows how to fix this?

power over internet - using an Ethernet cable. I think that is cat 5 but it needs to connect to your Local Area network using the cables.
