I made this, and it was better than expected. It was delicious. I made a hybrid from several how-to videos and canned hatch chilis were easier to dump in the pot, and cream cheese was added to get it creamy. Man this chili is good, I’m eating left overs right now. I’m gonna try Chili Adovoda from your web site next weekend.

I put a lot of tomatoes in this dish. I am on a diet. My chili tastes amazing. I roasted a couple Anaheim chilies on gas stovetop! I wiped them with a paper towel after my knife action! Ha. Added to my chili. I did not add oregano but maybe next time. ❤😊

Chicken chili looks delicious. I think use of white beans tastes great and goes really well with chicken aesthetically like red beans in beef chili. I love garlic. Did you have videos on your homemade spice blends?
I hope you enjoy it. It's a wide cast iron pot from Anolon. Easier for me to use with videos, and a good size. You can use a Dutch oven or similar pot.

Yes, that can work. I would make a slurry first with some liquid. Let me know how it goes.
