    It’s never really a two rock demo until someone starts playing “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room”....

      Wasn't slow dancing the song used to drive the final nail into rock'n roll's coffin? Why then wuld u assocosiate it with the one amp maker that is trying it's best to resurrect rock? Or are you being sarcastic? Or were you born to late to experience rock. That's it -- you don't even know what's its like to rock. You think slow dancing is rock.

    So it's like the JM model but more mass produced and not 25 thousand dollars? yes please!

      Yes, very similar to the JM model. The JM model used to be much cheaper than now. A good choice if you are searching that kind of sound.

    Has anyone hear run a modeling device such as fractal or quad cortex into this amp? Either through the front end or through the fx loop?

    Are there any pedals used?...or is this guitar amp & cable

  • @MrDavemiley
    @MrDavemiley 5 років тому +1

    Question. I'll try to word this right,. Is the traditional Clean a more simpler version of The Classic Reverb Signature just minus the Fet boost and Gain structure switches or its it quite a bit different altogether ?

    • @GuitarsRebellionOfficial
      @GuitarsRebellionOfficial  5 років тому +3

      No, it's totally different amp. The Traditional Clean is more on the "Mayer" side, while the Classic reverb is more on the "Schofield" side, hotter and straighter sound with a lot of sparkle. The Trad has softer trebles and deeper low mids.

    • @whimpypatrol5503

      It's more what you can do with whichever amp -- they don't play themselves. Chet Atkins could make a cheap 50's gretsch thru a standel amp and no effects sound like a golden cathedreal with emerald floors whereas JM with a half million dollars of guitar gear can only make dramatic facial gestures to accumpany his cool vocal melodies and ladies' man good looks.

    • @GuitarsRebellionOfficial
      @GuitarsRebellionOfficial  6 років тому +1

      The Crystal is darker and softer. The Trad has more headroom and a stronger attack.

    Bonjour, quelle tw me conseillez-vous pour me rapprocher du son Mayer, entre la traditional clean ou la Classic reverb ?

  • @Erickchicas
    @Erickchicas 3 роки тому

    I'm a bit undecided between the studio Sig and the Trad Clean, I really like both your demos on these amps cause they sound round and beautiful, do you feel the Studio can do the darkish sound ok? or does it struggle with that and always wants to be chimier, plinkier, brighter? Does it ever gets close in tone to the Trad clean?
    thanks!

      Different amp. It's closer to a Classic Reverb, but you can get pretty good "darker" cleans

    Really, two rock only ever committed two faults - 1. Loosing Krinard 2. Associatiating with JM. Luckily they are back in the saddle again.
