It’s a segmented run. He recorded all of the levels over and over again until he was able to get a “perfect” runthrough of the level. Once he did that for every level he stitched them all together and cut out any saves (simulating save corruption). And then, BAM, theoretically perfect run. This isn’t going to be submitted to speedrun.com (or anywhere for that matter) because that wasn’t the point. This is just to show off how fast it can be done.

The direct videos looked so much better. I was disappointed that it seemed my video editing software exported it at a much lower quality. Definitely will be using a different software for the V2.
I'm sorry I'm like a year late to this lmao my favorite one to do for this btt might have been 3-7. The route I found for it was really fun to work out. My least favorite (apart from the 5 second blockades) is probably boss blitz since the bosses in this game aren't too fun for speedrunning.
