Thought I try making a roughly 3 minute animation meme since I've never done it before thinking to myself 'haha, how hard could that be?'
It was. Hard.
Mainly due to the time limit.
I have never questioned what anatomy was so much before. Don't mind all the weird perspectives and anatomy especiallythehands wheEZES
Managed to squeeze this out in roughly 2 weeks, definitely didn't leave it all to the last minute and stay up till 5am to finish this on the day it's due, no- couldn't be me.
Had a lot of fun though! I learned to do some very simple typography animation and this was a good chance to test that out~ I quite liked the outcome of it!
But anyhoos! If you're still reading this you might be wondering who are these characters? They're my original OCs in an alternate universe within a downtown Victorian-esque world - Hyon the mysterious red caped Jewelery thief and Crypt, the tired, blue-tied police officer. Or is he?

I think this would be a really good comic, especially how Crypt was chasing after Hyon. I feel like it would be a good scene to use.

My theory is that Ghost is a type of criminal organization that either steals very rare items or only works on large criminal schemes (for lack of a better word). The guy with the red and black cape is a skilled thief that either is using ghost as a cover or is trying to join them. So the guy is running around committing crimes either for the thrill of a steal or to get the real Ghost's attention. Because he doesn't actually want the stuff he's stealing he gives it to the officer who is either the leader of Ghost, the founding member of Ghost, or the figurehead of Ghost. In the final few scenes, he is captured by Ghost and is allowed to join.
This is crazy. I love the caracters and the plot twist at the end gave me life.

I think it would call this more of an amv than a meme
I don't know why I feel like the mr. cop would say something like "join us" and the red boy would say something like "man, the fun part of this was making you mad" then he would decline his offer, they would become frienemies and the red boy would make his own gang and have a lot of adventures or something ... At least that's the vibe that the ending gives me.
