Good Saturday morning Mike, what’s good about 2024 is maybe things will get back to normal. The cost of living period will drop. We need new powers in these corrupt Governments both Canada and the Us. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
1. Income doubled, but not enough to rent apartment on my own. 2. My Sister and I were not on good terms, for years, now were working on it. 3. The introvert in me, is being more socail, so a bunch of ladies in the building at 3:30pm gather around one of the picnic tables and let the kids play and chat. Yesterday was teaching one of the ladies how to crochet. 4. Realize you are blessed, when you are down in the dumps. 5. My Fern (Beagle) gives me much joy, she is something else. Fern will give me hugs and kisses lol 6. Glad that grocery stores are available in my area, can even walk to some. 7. When I lose weight and go into smaller size and see that your waist and hips are getting smaller. 8. Eating better, I am a bad sugar Addict lol. 9. Just smelling the Roses meaning, I like seeing Nature. 9. Just staying in a positive additude and Prepping. 10. Hoping the world gets better.
Another good point is that my mom had a near death experience and pulled through, and our family is very grateful! And another thing, we have a chance this year to elect new leaders 🤷♀️

Seven you fixed electricity. Six Your new sink and faucet. Five your new stovetop. Four your e-bikes . Three your dog-port, I mean your carport, Two cleaned up around your shed and property. One you have new flooring instead of concrete flooring. Most of all you have property, You have your dogs and chickens. You still have your family, Your health still allows you to have your independence. You have your veterans benefits and there was some improvement with those. You found out a better place to buy your meat. You met some people who have help you out and you and can help/have helped and despite being antisocial can be friends with. Teasing a little bit I have a weird sense of humor.. You had and/or have your power stations when weather is bad or gets bad. Mike, You’re a go getter and innovative. I think your channel views would increase if you did a series on organizing your space. we all struggle with organizing. You have a challenging space and no how to organize for your needs.
No Uber or Lyft? Taxi’s are mainly in Manhattan. Rarely, they are found in the outer boroughs. We have car service that you can call for a car. Takes a while before they get to you. Or, you have Uber or Lyft. They usually arrive less than 5 minutes. Pretty good service. Car service much cheaper. In Waldron…you mentioned no Uber. What do people do if they can’t drive anymore? Do you have local buses? Do you have senior buses? What do people do with no car to get around?
Mike if you want to get rid of one of the E bikes I would like to buy one. I am 62 have bad knees and need to lose weight but I can’t afford a E bike. But could make payments to you.
