    These videos are brilliant, they galvanised me to quickly paint up my Kick Off players to start playing. How many parts will there be in total?

      So glad you're liking these videos! I don't know exactly how many (Kicking / Character Abilities / Terrain + Plots Cards). Maybe 3 or 4?

    Watch It Played Hi Rodney...fantastic video series. I just broke open my Kick Off set to try and play through a practice game. Did the kickoff and the receiving team jogged to the ball. Can players move more than once using influence or is it just one movement per round (without using an ability)? Curious if the player who jogged with the ball can continue running with it. Thanks!

      You get one standard advance per activation of a model. So after that, it's either dodges, or pushes to move (if you're able)

    if you are in melee range are you automatically considered engaged with them?

      You are engaging an enemy model if it's in your melee range and line of sight. You are engaged 'by' an enemy model if you are in its melee range and line of sight.

    Why the dislikes?!?

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  8 років тому +9

      People dislike for a variety of reasons. Some because they don't like a video, others because they don't like a game, some because they don't like me. It's the internet, so it's all fair :) I don't worry about it too much.

      It is very different content, I don't think a wargame (sport game?) has ever been done on this channel, let alone a instructional in this depth
      Edit: I should mention that I didn't dislike the video

      They aren't frequent, but we do, do them :) Dust Warfare was a 7 part tutorial series for that miniatures game. I like to feature a minis styled game occasionally. I find them to be a fun challenge, but like all games we feature, there will be some who will prefer other content, which I understand.
