I started this over a year ago and got into the rhythm for a couple months, until I had a 2 week holiday in Tenerife August 2022.
Since then I have not done a single thing again. It shows and feels worse than before.
However, this time around and from reading your comment I am determined to keep this up.
I will be coming back to this comment every week to see how your progress is going.

Joe thank you! I have been trying to find motivation for months to get back in shape. But this is the first workout I’ve actually enjoyed that also has felt like it’s actually doing something! 5 STARS - been doing the First Steps To Fitness Series for a few months (and 6Kg down) but love the variations on this workout. There are a few I cant do because of mobility issues but just swapped them with what I can do for the original series, thank you so much for putting this together

Do you think this would work well in the pool? I like to do my workouts in the water. It seems like it would be perfect for this.
Make sure you're in the kiddie paddling pool for the 30 secs plank 😉
@@rayaqueen9657 yeah the plank part would not be ideal lol. I do plenty of planks in Pilates so I would just do something else then.
