Bit of a long shot here but that'll maybe show how desperate things have got. I've built one of these and it will neither start, attempt to start or even think about starting. I've gone over every aspect I can, remade and re machined everything I can think might help. I've jumped through countless hoops and got precisely ....... nowhere. I seriously suspect my carb is ultimately at fault so having seen you used a model aircraft engine carb have you got any further information on that? Suction I've got. Compression I've got. Timing, well I've set, checked and re set, convinced I've got. Spark I've got at about 8 Deg BTDC
Excellent finish and the colour with contrast lining looks great. What method did you use for applying the red lines?
