Doesn't answer WHY services just stop and can't be restored without a factory reset! Oh Yes - and why you are trying to direct customers with a paid for 2G connection into using their own 4G/5G connection. Not good, TomTom...

Dose it automatically restore my saved places over TOMTOMs data of by WiFi?
My 6200 has an SD card, will it be wiped of my saved places?
Can I remove the SD card before the factory reset to keep my saved places?

Factory reset for the third time in as many months, traffic came back on for 2 days and now it's stopped again. I'd love to fully charge my device, but it hasn't held its charge for the past year 🤷🏻‍♂️

​@@kapitangleba9814 I think it's something wrong with SIM card. A friend of mine removed SIM card from device , clean everything, insert SIM card and started working properly
