      ah dude is just injecting steroids. He is basically preparing for competition by trying to lose weight and not trying to lose muscle. When you take steroids you don't need protein and protein powders don't work at all.
      All he does is take steroids, increases steroids to increase muscle size than eats junk food but when competition week is arriving he starts eating foods low on fat while taking diuretics to lose fat.
      Most of the time that dude eats unhealthy food stuffing burgers, fried foods and junk food but when the month of competition arrives that's when he tries to loose weight and starts using diuretics.
      He isn't living a healthy lifestyle year around but only during competition time.
      Sure he will pose with protein powders and claim in his videos protein powders is one of his major supplements but he is being paid to advertise protein powders though his secret is steroids.

    • @errorthefiledoesnotexist.1401
      @errorthefiledoesnotexist.1401 4 роки тому

      @Evan Cantarero steroids don't cause bellies, protein shakes and powders cause a build up of gases in the gut inflating the belly. Over eating meat products also causes constipation. Though protein powders barely help out pro bodybuilders who mainly use steroids, pro bodybuilders, still think that protein helps them increase the size of their muscle even when injecting steroids. But it really doesn't but the combination of illegal steroids and increase in dosages increases size.
      My belly always got bloated taking protein powders and over time i realized the protein powder don't work and they are simply myths. A bodybuilder steroid user is paid by sponsers to pose next to a protein powder in order to advertise and fool people.
      With steroids the muscle fibers don't grow the steroids thickens the blood inflating the muscles with thick blood like a balloon.
      If you look at anyone's arms you will notice that most people's veins barely show or are visible except on their forearms. A thick vein never appears on anyone's bicep. A thick or thin vein usually appears going down a steroid users front bicep. So the easiest way to tell if someone is using steroids is to see if they have a vein on their front biceps. The thicker the vein the more steroids they are taking and this occurs because the blood thickens causing the veins and muscles to bloat up.
      Normal people's veins are barely visible but if you happen to see someone with a lot of veins on their body they are on steroids.
      Of course i never envy a steroid user because they have temporary muscles that quickly shrink if the users stops injecting steroids. Users have to constantly inject steroids at once a week and pro bodybuilders usually do it once each day during competition month.

      @@errorthefiledoesnotexist.1401 Duuuh are you dumb? Taking steroids without following a strict diet and not having a healthy lifestyle won't make you a successful bodybuilder.
      Also at this level of the competition, protein shakes won't really make a huge difference that s why every successful professional bodybuilder on earth is taking steroids

Win or lose, this man will always be at the top of a very small group of athletes who are kind, fair, pleasant and compassionate. I'll stand by Patrick's side on a bad day before I would most other ones on a good one. Keep it up, young man, for you are already a winner!
