About 2-3 years ago my daughter was 17 and worked for an Indian lady who had an ice cream shop. Her manger was a 15 years old boy and one night left my daughter by herself to close the shop she called us crying scared by herself about 10 pm. My oldest daughter had to go there to bring her home so we told her absolutely she is not going back to this irresponsible owner. We asked the lady to pay her for the 3 days she had worked for and up to now the lady didn’t pay her. She filed a small claim and guess what it’s still not resolved 😢. This is so sad and heartbreaking for a 17 years old to be taken advantage of.
