Hey Chris, great video mate, and I could tell it was really difficult for you to make this one. So sorry to hear that you had such a shitty childhood and teenage years mate. But it looks like you have come through it all now and appear to be much happier and are a good person. You say you now have no contact with your parents, but I was curious if you keep in touch with some or all of your seven sisters? Also, I was shocked to hear that you had a heart attack so young, WTF. You quickly brushed over that. It would be interesting to hear more about that, such as what you were doing at the time, how you knew it was a heart attack, how bad it was, and the medical care you got.
Thanks man, I'll make a video talking about it at some point. Sometimes it's good to vent and just purge your system of any anger . I maintain some contact but largely they don't have a relationship with me . I'll talk more about it at some point. Generational trauma is a very real thing. Sadly, my sister's also were abused badly . A lot of wounds and healing. I'll tell more of the heart attack story at some point. It was a bit of a gnarly situation all around that led up to it. Luckily I'm okay and quite healthy. I appreciate it man!

He's probably of Russian or polish heritage I'd assume
