1. “We are” was the last song for this concert in the span of 2.5 hours. and you could definitely see they’re literally tired and wiped out.
2. Vocalist, Taka was sick.
3. The song was made to spread a strong message to the kids and teenagers in Japan to be brave and strong for what’s upon them, there are also a few breakdowns that the song was based on Taka’s life and his thoughts on his teenage days. Some even said that the song was written to stop young generation in Japan to commit suicide. And it is all worth to trust depending on how you looked into the lyrics.

thank you for touching on the lyrics. A lot of the reaction videos i've seen in the past don't comment on the lyrics and just listen to the band rock out and talk about their stage presence. I find that the conviction in the words in conjunction with performance truly creates a strong and emotional experience. I always revisit this song when i'm feeling down just to lift me up. And Taka was sick that night. They were invited to write a song as the voting age was changing from 20 to 18. They actually have a video of them singing this 1000 18 year olds. It is amazing

I don't know if someone already mentioned it, but they'll be in tour on North America next fall/winter. Check the dates because I don't remember exactly when. Some venues are already sold out I think, but you might still be able to find tickets and see them live.
They're totally worth a trip a little far away, if you can't find anything near you.

The first time (up to the first 5, lol) watching this video I also cried, very emotionally.. Taka's voice mixed with the things I kept in the deep of my heart mixed together and just spilled out.. 😭

I've seen OOR live 4 times. 3 times in toronto in small venues and I saw them during this particular tour in Japan (the Dome Tour, Osaka). The energy they bring is phenomenal each and every time!

I just came across this video and your channel today and I must say I enjoyed watching your reaction and loved how genuine you are and how moved you were. ONE OK ROCK is absolutely amazing, their whole discography is top tier including their most recent album that dropped on sept 9. They are going on tour in the US in a week and I get to see them live next saturday. I cant tell you how freaking excited I am to see them live. If its not too much trouble, I do have another band that I would love for you to check out, FTISLAND, not sure if you've reacted to them before but they are absolutely Amazing. Hongki the lead singer's vocals are out of this world, the mans range is insane. 5 Songs I 100% recommend is: PRAY, WIND, UNTHINKABLE, OUT OF LOVE and TAKE ME NOW. FTISLAND also kills it when it comes to live performances. They are a K-rock band but they do have ballads and some funky type songs as well. If you have already checked them out just ignore my comment lol

i only discoverd them in Nov 2020 and i can tell you from what i've listened so far: they're way better live. I really recommend their documentary on Netflix "Flip a coin" with live performances (content of the docu is behind the scenes of / them preparing for their online concert wich was held because of covid + getting to know the band members more)
Their North America tour is on going. You should watch them. This song saved me multiple times already. They're just amazing. I really love this band. Been a fan since their debut. 🖤
