    I hope this a DIY project as it looks built by musicians not carpenters, the way they manipulate the clamps, impact drives and nail gun looks like not experienced with tools at all. Anyway, embarking in big projects is very good for the mind:). Keep up the good work!

      This is some buddies that work in different labor trades(non of us are carpenters by trade) getting together on the weekend to build it. Its pretty relaxed job site so not wearing tool belts and such and we are taking our time with it so yea I can see were you get that I do believe the final product quality will be excellent though even with a little tool fumbling

    Did you put in the 6x6's?...then run a lazer and cut to level?? How big is the sonotubes and how big is the wood pylons?

      no laser we did string line with line level believe it was10 " sona tubes 3' depth wood columns are 6x6 foundation needs to be engineered so would not copy that with out talking to one

      Since we didn't get the concrete piers to the same height we had to cut the columns to get it level. Would definitely recommend getting the concrete piers to the same height, makes the framing much easier. They are 12" sono tubes with (4) #4 rebar tied together with wire mesh 3'-6" deep.
