And none of those are from the same fictional world, but Lex. Lex is in fact smarter in terms of pure intellect, but he's also very arrogant and has made questionable decisions here and there. Batman, on the other hand, is a strategist and witty character who tries to have contingencies for all outcomes. Also, Lex Luthor is not a superhero, so it's a bad example anyways.
