I really really wish Sydney would account for more cool down time - especially in these longer workouts! Not only do we need a good cool down, but an extra 5 minutes on a 50 minute workout starts to make it tough to fit in some days.

Holy smokes - literally had to grab my bum after that last circuit because it was throbbing. I wasn't squatted down very far on the last walk, but burn baby burn. Love your variety! In disbelief that you're going to be selling weights with the Royal Change logo...simply incredible at how God has blessed you two! As I was sharing with my daughter (15) in awe, she said, "Mom, she could have her own show and be selling these workouts." I told her that of-course you could, but you're on ministry and mission to make sure all have access and that the business you've built alongside the workouts with fitness gear and equipment is providing for your needs. You two are AMAZING!!
I honestly don't think I'd have changed my body so much if I had never discovered her. I was spinning my wheels trying to come up with my own workout plans and it was so frustrating. Sydney showed up in my feed like divine intervention !

I was a bit disappointed in myself because I had to pause to breathe for a moment in the middle of this; but then, I still crushed it! Always remembering what Sydney teaches us - the important thing is to show up and keep moving,not leaving! Happy day 3 of crushing it!

This is my first time doing a Sydney Cummings programme and I am really loving it so far. The time flies - although I am sore in the mornings from the day before. I usually like to run 3 x a week but so far not got one in alongside these workouts. Does anyone else run (or other cardio) alongside these programmes, and if so when, or is it better to do this programme on its own?
I have been with Sydney for 2 years now and I usually do an extra workout either Saturday or Sunday. Last summer I also hiked and I have run on the same days I've done her workouts. I don't do this all the time but the most important thing is to listen to your body and don't overdo it but if you have the energy and feel good then go for it!! You are not gonna regret working out with this squad Sydneys workouts are the best!! Glad to have you here.
I've been doing Sydney's workouts everyday for a year and a half. I've started to feel like I wanted to add more work. I usually do these workouts late morning/early afternoon and by evening I'm recovered enough to do more. Not everyday though, 2,3 maybe 4 times a week. It depends how I feel, if we do upper body and I get to the gym 8 hours later and I feel good, I'll do more upper body work and maybe cardio. Some days I just do extra cardio at the gym. Some days I do our workout of the day and still feel hype when it's over so I'll do another older workout right afterwards. It really depends how I feel.
I just want to say I love Sydney and what she puts out for us! I appreciate it and have since covid started. But these are my favorite kinds of workouts she offers. So well put together and they make feel so proud. I have a hard time with the cardio sometimes. I get bored and feel like I’m not accomplishing much even though I always work hard. I just love moving weights and the feeling I get afterwards. Just my opinion, please don’t attack.🙂😇🙂

I was craving a strength day after the HIIT/cardio days on day 1 and 2, THIS IS WHAT I CAME FOR. I loved every move, especially the new ones. Thank you for helping me start my day out in the best way possible!

Maybe it has less to do with jealousy and more about how they felt or what they wanted for their workout that day. That said, it was a super challenging workout that I enjoyed! I wasn’t sure I’d finish since I was sore from Monday still!
Honestly if I could take a pill that would give me ALL the benefits of these strenuous workouts I'd do it in a heart beat. Yeah some workouts I like more than others but they ALL suck!! But I look and feel GREAT!

I think I say this after every Leg sculpt workout but this is my new favorite leg workout! 😂 I loved every second of it! Sydney, I so appreciate the recovery talk at the end. I have improved tremendously on eating better and staying hydrated and have seen great improvement with my muscles. You rock!
I have been using 25lb dumbells for a few days when I can, I need to practice grip strength I can barely hold them in my hands 😅 and Sydney pulls out a 50lb 👏👏👏

Yes !! I kept trying so many types of training plans and nothing was really working. As soon as I found her I thought she had a good mix of strength and conditioning so I stuck with her. I've never seen so much muscle definition in my life even though I still have to lose more weight. Seems like she's bringing it and I couldn't be happier 😂💪🙏

That was intense! I never can move as fast but slower means more tension on muscle so im ok with that. Anyways I was dripping sweaty! Great leg workout. I like it better when abs are thrown in between give a break but still a great workout!😍

I was craving a strength day after the HIIT/cardio days on day 1 and 2, THIS IS WHAT I CAME FOR. I loved every move, especially the new ones. Thank you for helping me start my day out in the best way possible!

Maybe it has less to do with jealousy and more about how they felt or what they wanted for their workout that day. That said, it was a super challenging workout that I enjoyed! I wasn’t sure I’d finish since I was sore from Monday still!
Maybe it’s just not what they were looking for.
Honestly if I could take a pill that would give me ALL the benefits of these strenuous workouts I'd do it in a heart beat. Yeah some workouts I like more than others but they ALL suck!! But I look and feel GREAT!

When you have soreness buildup at your legs from previous workouts then it’s leg day 😂😂😂 I gotta say it feels soooooo good finishing it !!

I think I say this after every Leg sculpt workout but this is my new favorite leg workout! 😂 I loved every second of it! Sydney, I so appreciate the recovery talk at the end. I have improved tremendously on eating better and staying hydrated and have seen great improvement with my muscles. You rock!
I have been using 25lb dumbells for a few days when I can, I need to practice grip strength I can barely hold them in my hands 😅 and Sydney pulls out a 50lb 👏👏👏
Lol. Always showing us up😂😂. I also am working with 25lbs. I imagine mid to late summer for me ... maybe early fall, they will be light weight.

Yes !! I kept trying so many types of training plans and nothing was really working. As soon as I found her I thought she had a good mix of strength and conditioning so I stuck with her. I've never seen so much muscle definition in my life even though I still have to lose more weight. Seems like she's bringing it and I couldn't be happier 😂💪🙏

That was intense! I never can move as fast but slower means more tension on muscle so im ok with that. Anyways I was dripping sweaty! Great leg workout. I like it better when abs are thrown in between give a break but still a great workout!😍

I probably won't be able to walk normally tomorrow, but let me say today was an awful, life day, I wanted a bottle of wine, but instead I found this workout for my frustrations, and I feel amazing!!!
