This is an no mods *, vanilla, Cities Skylines let's play series with a focus on creating realistic city design with lots of detail. We'll be building a fully functional and efficient city with mass transit networks, tourism and industry including all DLC and content creator packs. The series is based on mostly live gameplay mixed in with detailing timelapse's. * I use line tool and forest brush to speed up the recording process and be able to produce more content for you!

Nice. It would be cool, if you added another complex across the elevated highway with all the less prestigeous support infrastructure: A recycling center, warehouses, offices and TV-studios, a gas station, park maintainance, perhaps with its own highway access (to only one direction), perhaps a few industrial buildings which could act as repair shops ... something that has dirty areas and contrasts the manicured parks.
The upper left corner of the screen in frame at 40:57 might be a perfect spot for that.
