Oh, that's so cool. Thank you. It's getting easier these days with the GF products available, GF pasta noodles are pretty good now. I remember when they were terrible.
Saw this on the menu at a New Zealand restaurant in Australia and as a lasagne lover I had to know what it was. Looks delicious! Will have to order one next time we go there
ha-ha nice, they're very popular. I gave one of these homemade ones to a customer to try and he said they tasted even better than the hotbox ones. If you enjoy cooking, give them a try, they are really yummo. Thanks for watching btw.
Hi, how lucky are all of us to have such a talented chef as part of this collaboration! I’ve never seen this done myself and it’s very interesting. Thanks for sharing it with us and I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Hugs, Dolores.🥰
How have i missed this in my life. Wow this looks spectacular. I'm definitely making this. Nice job. I will definitely subscribe and check out your channel.
Hi Lee! These look absolutely amazing! Definitely not something I’ve seen before, your video was beautifully filmed! It was wonderful getting to collaborate with you! ❤
Thank you so much. I just got home from work, and I'm excited to sit down and watch all the videos from the collaboration. I tried hard with the filming of this one, I'm so appreciative that you noticed.
Wow- I have never heard of or seen anything like this before. What a surprising way to make lasagne, and would definitely want to try them/ very impressed. Thank you so much for taking part in this collaboration - so happy to learn something new!!!
It was a pleasure. Thank you so much for the invite. I did a little introduction clip where I mentioned yourself, but last night when I tried to insert it in the beginning, it pushed all my editing out. I had to work today, so I was too tired last night to figure it out. I did mention you in the description though. Thanks Jim. I'm about to sit down and watch all of the videos from the collaboration now, just home from work.
Wow, that's so quick, thank you, I just love it when people let me know they've cooked something. I would be stoked if you let me know how it turns out. Have a great day, or evening, it's 5.30am here :)
Oh no problem. They are popular in Australia at places where they have bain maries. To be honest, I never heard of them before, before I stared working at my new job a few months back.
As a chef, it's wonderful to see you making béchamel sauce the correct way. Hot roux = cold liquid. Cold roux = hot liquid.
exactly, I usually use hot roux with cold liquid, no lumps 😉
I loved these as a child, I'm so glad you worked out a gluten free option!

Thank you. Yeah I think it's an Australian thing perhaps. They are popular at Venues with a "hot box" i.e. Bain Marie. Thanks so much for watching.

Gee, thanks so much, that's a lovely compliment. I'm pretty new to video making and the old self-doubt creeps in occasionally. You made my day. 😃

Hi..I make the traditional italuan bolognaise sauce without celery and carrots..will that still work ..thanks
yeah definitely, just make the Bolognese you like. They are really delicious, a little bit more work than a lasagne, but worth it.
