you have a design flaw..I have the same scooter...and it hangs up on door thresh holds bumps or lumps and wont work on ramps....the anti tip bars on back are too close to the ground gets hung up over most anything...causing the back tires to go in the air and spin...I looked at many other makes at a fair recently...ALL the other bars were 2 times or more higher away from the ground....

Can the tires be upgraded to pneumatic?
Unfortunately, no. Generally most of the smaller scooters have the solid flat free tires, whereas some of the larger scooters will feature pneumatic.
