    The repair service is amazing. I recently bought the nano speedy in the sky denim. I wanted a personalized luggage tag to make it a little more special. My SA said it could take three to six months to come in but she would put the order in for me. It's took one month. She remembered what I wanted hot stamped and had it ready for me when she called me in. She ended up giving it to me for free to say thank you, also gave me like five perfume samples. As a working class woman I felt appreciated for my loyalty to the brand.

    I agree with all of this. I started buying LV in 2021. I bought the Neverfull GM in Nov 2021 and by April, the strap ripped. I called client services and was told to take it to the nearest store. I did, and expected for the bag to be sent out. They gave me a whooooooole new bag!!!!!!! It was then I knew we were in a relationship forever lol
