Hi guys, I don't know how sheltered the garden is, but you have a good chance the wind will rip your fence in any storm since there is no gaps in between the slats. Love your channel, BTW
Thanks for your concern and for watching our videos This section of the yard is sheltered from the wind. Also, as the wood dries out, the gaps will appear. I made a similar fence back in Australia that experienced big winds, and it held up for the 15 years I was in that house.
What broke your heart around the 50-second mark? Was it the depth or digging under the concrete? I didn’t dig under the building's foundations, if that’s what you were worried about. I ended up digging that hole to a depth of about 600mm, and the concrete I referred to, was made up of chunks in the ground. If I had removed all of it, I would have needed 10 bags to fill the hole. In the end, it only took 2 (20kg) bags. The flaring at the bottom is to ensure it doesn’t pop out of the ground if it freezes over.
Well done 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💙💕
Thanks 😄
