Awesome job here. I've been working on mine the past year myself /learning from scratch and figure i'm saving at least 100k. Big concern i'd have is agreeing to a project and then it's not done the way I want. Whoever did this one seems TOP NOTCH and i'd be very pleased.
I Love the work in all the videos I've watched. Great craftsmanship, and dedication to the projects. the aesthetics, functionality of the finish product. Great, Love it. I have 1 question. After putting the first layer of gravel down, what's the purpose of putting the metal bars down before putting more gravel on top of it before laying down the pavers?
I'm always excited to see your latest construction projects. The quality of your work and the professionalism you bring to each video are outstanding. Your videos are a fantastic resource for anyone interested in learning more about construction.
First time viewer. Enjoyed it. When I do, I read comments. Several inquiring cost. The ONLY reason there is no response is that he cant lie, the homeowner would see it or he really stuck it to them and is embarrassed to explain.......lol. Build wise? Only thing I see as potential problem is that is a long span for just one canter leaver joist at outer edge. Should be another between house and outer rail. I know the joists are big but adding center canter leaver beam would have made it bulletproof. Other than that fantastic job!
almost everyone in the construction industry is using Chief Architect then exporting to a third party rendering software like Twinmotion or D5 for the visualizations you're talking about at the beginning.
@@smallsthecontractor718 it’s not its deck tape, it’s waterproofing for the top of the joist and beams where water sits between the deck boards and causes decay
We are still working on the huge deck project! We had a slow week because of weather and vacations, not enough to make a vlog out of. We will be back at it this week!!
For all the time/money spent, something truly boundary-pushing could have been produced. Instead, we have an extremely dated Costco magazine looking result. And we didn’t even plumb gas to the firepit area. FAIL.
😂😂 wow you must have exactly zero friends or family driving around with you in your model 3 while you blast the news 24/7. Mind your own negative business weirdo.
I don’t think you understand how hard it is to lay pavers correctly, and on top of that they had to get all of the drainage correct. This is a bad take.
It gets shade almost all afternoon so a shade structure wasn’t a priority in the wishlist and budget. Freestanding only makes sense in certain situations and this wasn’t one of them. We lined up with the existing rim of the house so in that case a ledger board it is

Incredible. Someday our yard will look half as nice as this.

The tile work it's very satisfying ❤
It would be helpful if you added a ballpark $$$ that way people know what's possible for them
must be about 200k-350K plus depending upon the state it is also.
@@partytoy1 whattt. no way
@@enzokuro Yup that was a TON of materials and labor - easily $200k+

My dream backyard. Out of curiosity how much did it cost you?
Incredible work! It's beautiful.

Looks beautiful, by any chance can you provide the dimensions for the grill build in ?
Good stuff! Keep it up ❤

Nice Work !!! Gretings from Germany
Hello to Germany!
Man your crew works some fast. LOL Great work.
What camera do you use for the time-lapse
Awwww man that brick work 👏👏👏👏👏 Really pretty!!!!!!! Clean job!!!!
Wow! Ballpark, what kind of cost are you looking at?
I would say between $175k-$250k probably about 2.5 months of labor with the hot tub of course, permits also!
@@xrayded5037 Crazy how some of this cost a quarter/half of the house.
Out of curiosity, what was the cost on this build? Or average cost of a build similar to this if you don't want to give specifics.
Excellent job 👏👏
Appreciate that buddy!!
wow
What program was used to design it on the computer?
I'm looking for it too

@@Master0fMayhem thx
pretty
It would be great if a rain-proof pergola could be added to the dining area😬
Please give me infomation about all the cost ?
I wonder how much the budget for this kind of transformation .... 🤔
Is that black paint or what material ?
I was wondering the same thing. It has to have some significance to it.
It provides a layer of water proofing to the exposed sides of the boards
It’s just regular black paint so you don’t see the wood between the gaps

They put the Pepsi logo in the backyard Wtf 🤣

Have you guys ever did a job for a client and they paid or cooked you guys lunch everyday until the project was done?
We certainly have had clients provide lunch on occasion, but not everyday!
Why isn't there an update to the "huge deck" project Sean and Catherine? This is a non-sequester video you could post "whenever"
.......disappointing

Let’s see your backyard broke boy 😂
Why attach it to the house and not a free-standing deck? No shade sucks. Must've been a small budget considering the abilities of your crew 😂
Let’s see you build one now buddy 😂😂😂😂
