Thanks! Don’t get too spooked by my old vids struggling with raising a dog here. A lot of my opinions have changed. Parts of Seoul are the more dog friendly than any place I’ve seen in the US
I respect how well you take care of Nala. I know someone who has always cooked food for her dogs and they have all lived beyond the normal life expectancy for their breed. Her vet bills were also minimal. Perhaps with Korea's very low birthrate people are transferring those funds and care to their pets? I have noticed Korea has a lot of amazing cat accessories and and cat youtube channels.
Probably Hongdae near Gyeongui Line Park and Seongsu near Seoul Forest. Easy way to is to check NAVER or Kakao map and search for cafes/restaurants with the “pets allowed” filter. You’ll find concentrations in certain neighborhoods.

Everyone thinks she’s still a puppy. Her coat and energy have been so much better since we switched to cooking her food
