Thanks man! It's just an eBay spoiler (check the link) it's real carbon fiber and much cheaper than the brand name. I sold the car but stay tuned for the new car! Coming soon www.ebay.com/itm/185357658293
Handling is better than my old a4 suspension but I don't know about s4 suspension. But these coilovers handle pretty well, they're stiffer than stock a4 suspension but not too stiff, and they're not very bouncy either
Thanks! Ride quality is pretty good, I've had them on for about 3 months now and they are an improvement from stock handling wise for sure. They are much stiffer than stock, but not very bouncy in my opinion. We have pretty shitty roads here and they absorbs the bumps pretty well
@@adriensgarage nice, I have a b8.5 s4 and I'm debating getting these or maybe some Bilstein b12's. Pretty tough to beat the price on these though lol. The roads where I live are also terrible so that's good to hear!
@@jessehope8127 I had H&R sport springs paired with Bilstein shocks and struts, new control arms as well. My b8 s4 rode like crap with this setup and I spend way more for the setup. Not good for a daily driven car. It's too sporty so you felt everything in the road down to the filled cracks in the rode. Would of done great handling wise for aggressive driving. I had the Solowerks on my b8 a4 and it road very close to stock and it sat lower than my H&R setup. These Solowerks are legit.
Hey car looks amazing, i just installed mine on my b8 & im getting insane vibrations when on Drive or Reverse, which weren’t there before I installed the coilovers. Any ideas what maybe the cause? Thanks!
Thank you! I'm not sure what would cause the vibration in reverse, but in drive are the vibrations happening at high speed? Like 70 - 80 mph? You should also get an alignment when the coilovers have settled down, it might help with the vibration. Other than that, make sure all the bolts are tight properly, and try to go over each steps to make sure everything is installed as it should If that doesn't help, I'm not sure what would cause the vibrations
@@adriensgarage i get no vibrations at all when driving which is crazy to me. Only when i shift into reverse reverse or drive with the brakes applied. When parked or neutral zero vibration. Waiting for them to settle to get aligned. Im guessing probably motor mounts. But before i dropped the car the car had no vibration at all
They're holding up pretty well! I had them for a few months and drove a couple thousand miles with them, no issues. I sold the car but I would definitely recommend them for entry level coilovers
Do go lower do u adjust the collar up or down?
Where did you get that spoiler bro looks good

Hows handling comapred to s4 suspension...and also...hows damper? Like is the car too stiff? Or too bouncy?

Looks good, hows the ride quality compared to stock? I've heard mixed opinions on it being bouncy

@Kelvz95 That is weird, probably motor mount like you mentioned, or if it vibrates when braking it can also be the rotors
How are these holding up? I’m thinking about getting these for mine!

What a great tutorial man you showed is how to do nothing 😐
It's not meant to be a tutorial video 🙂
