We recently had to call an ambulance to take Abby to the Emergency room. We did aa community post about this a couple of days ago, but you all had a lot of questions, so in this video we fly one of our favorite RC planes and talk about her experience.

Thank God she's OK, now, the same advice I gave my adult kids, but you need to get a 9-5 union job (i was a carpenter) for at least 10 years, it go's by fast when you have kids, you'll have health insurance for your family, good credit, and you'll build social security hours you will need. Hospitals are horrible places, and there are a lot of doctors and nurses that should be locked up for good. They are all about making money, not giving patients the best treatment. I hope you are getting better. Now you can do some research about the hospitals around you to see which ones are worth going to in case there is a next time. I know that I personally drive right by one hospital on my way to one worth going to. I drive an extra 30 min because the closest place is horrible about treating you badly and insane prices.

Wife and I praying 🙏 for you two. We're both 53 and fly together. Been in the ER, surgeries and more together. Makes you realize how much everyday means and never stop telling each other you love each other. ❤

Glad you are now ok Abby. ❤ It's very hard to rest and sleep in a hospital. Much better to get home as quickly as possible. I was in for four days for my gall bladder surgery. So glad you are back! ❤

I've been watching your family for years, and I'm not going anywhere. I'm glad you guys are recouping. I'm sorry to hear about your hospital experience. Health Care are two words that no longer really exist. They have turned to Wealth Care, which, unfortunately, takes the humanity out of most health workers. Not all but most. I'll see what I can about supporting you more in these times as well. 😁👍❤️

Actually I am like her in that I want out of the hospital asap. The attitudes she encounteted are typical of what I have experienced. Its as though one becomes a lab rat or test tube when they enter the hospital which is anything but a healing experience.

I am so happy that youre ok. Many years ago when my wife was pregnant with our 1st child, she had a wicked gall bladder attack. Her gall bladder was removed 2 months later. So we can relate. I do wish our healthcare system was better! Feel better and all the best you and your family!!! Love the content! Peace!

Hey guys. I do have to say, that this video was one of the most unique ones I've seen in a very long time. Though what i mean by that is, that it touched me personally as you guys were talking. I'm an older fella and not a stranger to doctors myself. But to hear Abby, such a young lady going through this, i took me by surprise.
I guess in a way, we take things for granted, including watching your beautiful videos every so often.
Being on a set income and older, i can only entertain so many "toys" these days, but again, watching you guys, putting so much effort into your videos makes you feel like you're family. Long story short, I wish blessings to your family and pray that Abby's healing is quick and complete, also that your finances go back to where you need them to be.
Also hoping that you guys we'll be around for a VERY long time, showing us what's available these days...Thank you very much and God bless!

You guys are absolutely correct my wife just went through a life threatening ordeal in the hospital Abby I completely understand your pain and I know it's just as stressful on Nate as well I'm glad you're both are doing better!
My wife and daughter both have had gallbladder surgery. My wife had problems for a good year before she finally had her surgery. My daughter knew right away from what she saw her Mom go through. Hope you feel better soon Abby
glad abby is doing better and recovering. its too bad you have those crazy bills im here in canada and have had 6 heart attacks and 2 mini strokes and my gall bladder removed and quadruple bypass surgery and thank GOD our health care is free. God looks after those that are his children you will be blessed and pull thru it keep the vids flowing but also be safe and healthy
Glad to see you are feeling a little better from such a scary health episode. My wife was having chest pains and we went to the hospital in Gainesville Florida UF Health. Oddly enough this happened recently. We didn't even get to see a doctor. After waiting 8 hours the emergency room nurse said it would be another 12 hour wait... so we left and went to our family doctor the next day. God is protecting you.❤❤❤❤
I’m glad things turned out OK. Make sure you ask for an itemized list from Hospital for the bill; be surprised how much lower it will be.
Thank you for bringing us up to date with Abby's adventure. You have both been in my prayers. My wife had emergency heart surgery a few years ago and we didn't have any insurance at all. The doctor and the hospital were able to forgive part of our bill. Hopefully they can do that for you.

Oh my, I was re-living my gall bladder problem as you explained yours. I knew exactly what you had before you ever said it. Mine ended up with open abdominal surgery for a fistula, but my symptoms were the same as what you described. Hang in there. Praying for quick healing for you.

I watched this, and was shaking my head the whole time. Poor Abby. I truly hope you get better soon. The head shaking, was the unbelievable fact the you had to weigh up going to the hospital due to the cost! I couldn’t imagine that. The US seriously needs to sort this out. Free healthcare exists in most of the world, and to think that someone has to count the cents before making a life changing hospital visit just brings tears to my eyes. I remember that pain when I had my gallbladder removed. It was a inflamed mess. Hopefully you are doing well. Such wonderful people you both are.

Glad you are OK Abby. The minute you started describing the symptoms, I knew it was a Gall Bladder issue. I went through that experience last summer. Can't say too much for the performance of the hospital though.... Seems the medical service nowadays is going down the tubes. Anyway, prayers for you both. So sorry to here about abbie hope shes gona be ok. Thank u for the escape from reality as u put it watching your videos. We love to fly also. Well we did. Just lost Sandy my wife from cancer couple weeks ago. Don't really feel like flying to much anymore but i still like to watch your videos. Helps keep me in the RC world which we loved so much.

Abby my wife went home 2 hours after her surgery, Which was a day surgery. In and out of the hospital in 4 hours. They definitely was price gouging you. Saying a special prayer over you and your finances.

Hey Guys I knew as soon as Abby started describing the pain and symptoms what was up having lived through Gall bladder pain on and off for 10 years before they could figure it out. The pain is worse than anything that I can describe and pain killers don't faze it . Lucky you got it out laparoscopy. The old way was to split you open and recovery was days in the hospital. Thank God she is ok.

As a Norwegian it's so strange to consider cost when deciding to go to hospital or not. Here it's almost free if you need it, i.e. paid through taxes.

I had gall bladder attacks for 16 YEARS, starting in high school, about every six months then about once a month towards the end ,until it was diagnosed correctly when it happened in a big city and went to a competent hospital. The competent doctors found it immediately with an ultrasound. I got it taken out the following morning. Before that “I was too young” for it to be a gall bladder problem. As of 10 years ago they have an enzyme test for the blood that will tell you right away if your gall bladder is bad. I’ve had my out for 25 years now and no problems anymore! Glad you’re ok Abby.
