My husband was living in an apartment located in Kirkland WA whom was a pedophile and a white extermist. My husbands neighbor had treatened to shoot him and other neighbors and the staff working there. The FBI contacted my husband and told him he needed tto move. The neighbor has had several anti harassment orders placed on him by other residents and staff and yet was not arrested. When my husband did decide to move the new manager at Velocity apartments tried to get my husband to sign a payment plan when King County Housing Authority was going to pay and thenonthe move out inspection. When i was there for his move out inspectionshe was acting like she was trying to destroy the draws in the bathroom and kitchen by yanking out the draws and then slamming them. The new manager never gave my husband a free copy of the move out inspection or his deposit back.? What can we do as far as the harassment by the management and his neighbor and a lawsuit
Mr. Fryrear I’m in desperate need of some advice. My neighbor upstairs has been using a unknown device to detect my whereabouts within my apartment below “please understand I’ve confirmed this to be true by doing my own investigation along with a family member to confirm its actual happening they have been witnessing the events ongoing, events meaning hearing the footsteps walk in sync with mine, from room to room and doing 24hrs 7 days a week for the time my neighbor is at home. We put a camera in my cars dashboard which faces my patio door and the upstairs neighbors patio door is in the same view and this was One of our testing times and one particular morning I’ll go to leave my bedroom I can hear the Upstairs footsteps follow me right out of my room and walk directly with me into the kitchen and the dining room and so are directly in from my patio doors shockingly I see my Upstairs Neighbor come into view the same time I do in front of my doors and she is swiping from side to side something that looks like a metal detector or one of those things you aim at the ground that you can find all the coins in treasure with that’s buried well it’s a God it’s attached to this like a square it looks like a computer terminal or something that she’s rolling around behind her it’s quite a large set up that she’s using and as I’m moving side to side with in my dining room she’s following in sync with me and you can see this happening real time in the video I have not been able to bring the video to my manager because I fear that it’s violating her privacy or something as long as the privacy violation but I have proof that that’s happening and it’s been ongoing for well over a year and a half I have not brought it to the police his attention because out of fear of sounding crazy I don’t wanna I don’t know how to open up the conversation to say this is happening she has two other roommates that live upstairs with her that I’ve been joining in on it and they’re in the bedroom above mine I just I got the feeling that they’re just being in on me with that device at all times I have shined a laser up at the ceiling and have blocked the view I have blocked that device somehow you can hear them step off to the side and I kind of just do that and you can hear the move all around the room as I am constantly blocking their beam I am concerned that the device is causing harm to me my meds medically there’s got to be some kind of negative affect for something like that to be put on someone for a long period of time and I would like to know how to go about handling the situation I’ve confronted my neighbor and told her to knock it off stop scanning me and she’s like I’m not scanning you she will lie every time that I’ve confronted her I did is three separate occasions I am in just complete turmoil I am not in a position where I can move from my home and I just really could use some advice I’m willing to go whatever extent whatever length of process that I have to go through to get this handled I ultimately would like either her evicted or her brought up on charges and held accountable I mean because this is crazy it’s literally holding me hostage within my own home and are managements not doing anything because I did bring it to them verbally it without saying about the video but I did tell him what was happening and I got the feeling like they looked at me like I was crazy and this is so not far this is so not crazy this is far from being crazy is actually happening can you please contact me and let me know what I can do to get some help on this any help would be greatly appreciate it thank you so much
