    I would soak or boil them first or you'll end up with crunchy meat 😬

      I like them crunchy. I don't cook all the enzymes, protein, and minerals (all found in the water) out of my food.

    In the place of soy sauce you also can try coconut aminos

      I don’t soak mine! You can if you want to make them super soft but this way is so quick and easy! And still yummy 😋

    I don’t have a food processor (we have a blender, but I can’t use it without help) so I’ll just try cutting the walnuts real thin

    I made this and I even soaked the walnuts a couple days to make sure they weren't crunchy and they were still crunchy. It was good though.

      ​@@NBid-rp9chMaking walnut ground is a process. I boil & soak mine to ensure there's no crunch. If you try to cook it fast that's what you'll get EVERY SINGLE TIME
