00:00 RECIPE 01: Broccoli Muffins
2 eggs.
1 broccoli.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1/2 onion.
1/2 carrot.

Roasted golden brown.
1 pepper.
Let cook for 5-7 minutes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Grate the broccoli on a coarse grater.

Let cook for 5 minutes.

Butter 1 tablespoon.

Flour 50 g / 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Milk 2 cups / 500 ml.

1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Let cook for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli to cold water.
1 onion.
1-2 tablespoons butter.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Mushrooms 300g / 10.58oz.
This is a very tasty and easy recipe!
Fry the mushrooms until they are cooked.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Instant noodles 140g / 4.93oz.
Fill with hot water.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 1 cup.
Fry for a few more minutes.
Cheese 100g / 3.52oz.
Cook until the cheese melts.
2 eggs.
Add eggs and mix everything thoroughly.
Oregano.
Black pepper.
Salt.

Cheddar Cheese 100g / 3.52oz.
Add half of the cheese.
Olive oil.
Add broccoli and mushrooms.

Mushrooms.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Fry over medium heat until done.
Chives.

Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Butter.
Olive oil.
