I'm actually impressed by whoever was able to build these. It's like building a working airplane out of stuff found in a junkyard. Also while using only tools you can find in a garage or garden shed.
I created my own concept: The O-Wing, the cockpit of an X-Wing attached to the hyperspace rings formerly used by Jedi Starfighters, although incapable of actual hyperspace travel due to the combination of the two. Instead, if can move slightly faster than the average fighter, but has less firepower and little to no shields, making it a good ship for hit-and-run missions, but useless in defensive situations.
??? What is you attached tie intercepted wings with guns on the ring and a tie heavy bomber bomb supply on the bottom for hit and run with defense and for fast bomb runs
You think there would be some sort of electronic incompatibility between these different classes of fighter. But I guess that’s nothing a little aluminum foil and some hot glue can’t fix.
1:58 "Deathraven" made from two B-wings. "Back in the day", I had designed something similar, from two B-Wings, but I had chopped the longest "wing" (the "blade") off of each one, leaving only the four shorter wings and a single cockpit in the center. I called it an "H-Wing", for obvious reasons. I had the wings fold in towards the cockpit for landing. I wasn't the greatest artist, but I made a few pictures of it. Someone more talented was nice enough to make an animated (GIF) image of it rotating and the wings folding and unfolding, and a few other renders.
Noah Huffstutler We are now preparing the first launch of the Tie/SD crusher, you ready Jim? Jim: ready. Launch successful. One minute, Jim has been crushed by the ineffective design.
How about a Y-wing engine with a TIE fighter cockpit strapped on one side, and a TIE Bomber bomb bay for bombing capabilities on the other, with TIE interceptor wings positioned one on top and one underneath the engine, for firepower. This creation shall henceforth be known as the "Dual Man Tri-TIE Y-Bomber"
The Deathseed was a highly effective dogfigher with the agility of a TIE Fighter and laser armament, shields, and hyperspace travel abilities of an X-Wing. The TIE Clutch had shields, an ion cannon, and maneuverability to go toe-to-toe with the T-65 X-Wing.
3:18 Wait how on earth does that thing fly? The engines of the TIE Fighter have been replaced by the Y-Wing cockpit, and the engines of the Y-Wing have been replaced by the TIE Fighter wings... There is literally no way that thing could move.
Here's and interesting idea Take an Eta-2 Actis-class interceptor and replace its normal S-foils with the wings of a TIE Interceptor. The TIE wings still retain their ability to open and close like the old S-foils did, while greatly adding to the firepower and possibly the agility of the fighter.

Probably demotion due to the fact that this is a Sci-Fi Genre Movie.. So yeah anything logical that is in humans (Not including THE FORCE) does count as logic. And your probably asking:If that's so called the truth then how do you expect for us humans to make starfighters? Well to that I saaaaaayyyyyyy:Who knows, maybe the Star Wars Universe might turn out similarly to our universe in the near or distant future, maybe instead of Luke Skywalker the hero of the Original Trilogy would be called Raikul Melandro.I don't know.
That poor AT-ST man, that was a real abomination, the AT-AT it's fine, but the scout's cockpit man, just how do you fly that? it's worse than a TIE, I think that should be the canon's TIE Scout.
My problem with using AT-AT or AT- ST cockpits on a star fighter is that starfighter cockpits need to be air tight while land based units do not. So more modification then it was worth would have to be made to make them serviceable. Also a the Cannons from a AT-AT would never work properly on a starfighter. There's simply not enough room for the large power supply required to fire them let alone room for everything else required to make a functional fighter. A corvette on the other hand would work but you would still have to solve the problem of the AT-AT cockpit not being airtight.
To keep the cost of production low, the TIE fighter is unpressurized so pilots needed to wear a pressure suit. I'd imagine someone flying a vehicle like that would have to wear one as well.
Speaking of the TYE-wing, does anyone remember when that one Rebel pilot asked for help shaking such a fighter, only to be told "Dude, if you can't shake a die-wing, you deserve to be blasted." I just thought it was funny.
This is the kind of stuff I would do with my lego sets back in the day. I once stuck the wings of a TIE Interceptor onto the body of a Naboo Starfighter for example.
I think that Chir'Daki is a pretty formidable ship. I mean, it has 6 lasercannons and an ability to spin the wings and guns around is pretty OP in my opinion.
0:28 that R2 model head on the tip of the ship gets me every time, it just seems like it’s not having the best experience there, and if that ship runs into another one it’s just dead
I have made my own scrapfighter! the TAW (TIE Attack Walker) Its an AT-ST head, with retractable legs. Its wings are TIE wings or TIE Interceptor wings. It has the AT-STs armaments, the blaster, grenade launcher, and an attached dual barrel blaster turret. It can activate its legs and become a walker, then they can be retracted and become a Starfighter again.
One idea I had was having the basic body of a Y- wing but with the S-foil system of an X Wing with the A-Wing's rotating blasters on either side of the Y- Wing head area which would basically retain the standard Y- Wing payload but with some additional speed and over killing firepower.
Man, I remember having this micro fighter lego game on my iPad, basically you choose a micro fighter, and fly through a trench/canyon, and your wings get knocked off, and collect other pieces to fix them. I remember flying a Y silencer.

That poor AT-ST man, that was a real abomination, the AT-AT it's fine, but the scout's cockpit man, just how do you fly that? it's worse than a TIE, I think that should be the canon's TIE Scout.
ATST - Almost Threatening Space Thing
Just had a idea. The head of C3po with minny tie fighter wings, and engens in back and one mini chine laser cannon. On the R2D2 body.
OMG those last couple. The flying AT-AT head had me laughing out loud.
Must be frustrating to pilot! It's head moving side to side
all terrain scout tie
Emagine a republic gunship with two star destroyers mounted on the side or viceversa
Speaking of the TYE-wing, does anyone remember when that one Rebel pilot asked for help shaking such a fighter, only to be told "Dude, if you can't shake a die-wing, you deserve to be blasted."
I just thought it was funny.
So much care and effort went into these ships that alone makes them beautiful
maybe the body of a tie fighter with v wing wings. it could be the "v-tie"
Me:mom can we have a tie fighter?
Mom: no we have a tie fighter at home
The tie fighter at home: 2:21
Star Wars Explained: The Clutch was also called the “Tri-Fighter”.
Sad separatist noises
On that topic, I’m disappointed none of the uglies (aside from the tarkin one, but it’s a capital ship) used separatist fighter parts.
How does the Y-tie even fly? It just had the wings and the wings aren’t the engines
It just floats and shoots. XD
Since ion engines are so small as seen in a tie, maybe they just jammed them along the ‘wing’ section of the y wing
What about the AT-AT cockpit on the body of a CR-90? What would you call it?

Timeward what would be cool is if you took what I said before and at the AT-AT legs but they can be retracted into the Hull of the CR-90.

can u do a video on how Luke Skywalker faced Darth maul as a hologram during the new republic era I remember a comic that showed that.
:)
0:28 that R2 model head on the tip of the ship gets me every time, it just seems like it’s not having the best experience there, and if that ship runs into another one it’s just dead
I have made my own scrapfighter!
the TAW (TIE Attack Walker)
Its an AT-ST head, with retractable legs.
Its wings are TIE wings or TIE Interceptor wings.
It has the AT-STs armaments, the blaster, grenade launcher, and an attached
dual barrel blaster turret.
It can activate its legs and become a walker, then they can be retracted and
become a Starfighter again.
These things look like the ships from No Man's Sky.
It's like I got drunk and did it with several different TIE Fighters
There's something so fascinating about weapons of war being made from literal garbage.
