A big turning point for me was taking up cycling. Which makes me consider it may be more than just how you think, or maybe its easier to think positively when your body is fit and healthy.
Yes deffo! But mindset really is everything, you could be riding and complaining and looking at the negatives, or you could be riding and feeling happy and loving the experience.
I totally connect with you saying you reprogrammed your mind. When you take control over your thoughts, you take control over your life🙌✌

Hey man, I'm at a dark time in my life, and it's been really hard, especially with anxiety. Luckily though, it's just a moment in your life, not your whole life, I think it's the most important thing to remember, and that you can't let it define who you are and what your life is like. Like you said, you control your emotions, not the contrary. I really appreciate all the advice and this video definitely hits a special place. You are such a nice person and I truly appreciate all your videos. I've known you from Deliveroo and I felt like you were a really smart and down to earth kind of person with an awesome and positive mindset and attitude, and you're inspiring. I love watching any of your videos just because you are such a nice guy and so calming to watch and listen to. You describe and talk about anything very clearly and make it easy to understand, you break it down much more than anyone ever would and it almost feels like you are actually there infront of me talking about this stuff. I'm always so focused and chilled out when watching your videos. You've earned yourself a new fan, and I even wish I could somehow have a conversation with you or even meet you one day. I agree with this video, I was severely depressed a number of years ago, I made changes to my life, I got a completely different job which I enjoy as my depression stemmed from that really.
Like you said it can be a circle, your depressed you don’t want to go out because you don’t feel good and it’s just a big circle.
I’m still a gamer always have been, but just don’t have the time to play 12 hours a day anymore.

Sport helps alot.

i even go playing football alone, so that i dont get stuck felinn depressed on my mind.

Thats great, yes sport can be a great way to direct negative energy. But also it must be remembered that feelings and emotions are a choice, you don't have to feel sad or angry, especially because of outside circumstances.
With depression you just don't care about taking a shower how can you care about take your bike.
Please can you please continue to make video about cycling or what I eat and not about depression.

Maybe if you didn't extreme calorie restrict you'd have better mental health.

Depression is a loop a continual loop.
It's like being lost in a forest with deep fog. You can hear people outside saying that it's a bright shiny day. But you can't see.... to much fog .... life is ugly there, you are alone...
