- Now we have a second Lungmen annihilation, yay?
Lungmen Commercial District only has pressure in one lane, and then the Rat King appears to stop our fun, but overall, a very simple map, and quite an enjoyable one.
These days, it's the norm to play games knowing everything, but there is a lot of fun in finding out how things work without any prior experience. That is how I have been playing for the last few months, and I intend to continue like that.

This looks like a good one for people that aren't yet at the 1800 orundum cap
I did look up the new annihilation but that was mainly bc I like watching annihilation clear videos. I did end up using Myrtle for this to juggle the rat king's targeting lmao. I do genuinely like doing long maps, so annihilations are fun to figure out for me, and I like building afk ops just for annihilations.
The scars of annihilation 3 back in the day made me stop playing anni on my own ever again, guides ftw

also, i too usually bring Pioneer Vanguards with S1
i'm too lazy to click on Myrtle every single time :D
and you don't need all that DP in the end anyway, unless you need to make huge relocation or using fast-redeploys a lot
I've been playing Arknights since launch, and I can confidently assert that I have never once used Myrtle or any other Flagbearer. ^^
I don't use chongyue often if at all but this Annihilation had the perfect Chongyue tile.
I found that more so than 'challenging myself' and scuffing my way through, it's way more rewarding and satisfying to figure out the right operator for the job.
This was a fun Annihilation, and the first where I looked at a high-end clear to see what was coming rather than a guide. Chongyue clears like 80% of the map, and I got lucky and pulled him, so I got to have a great time beating up everyone in sight. I also hard-pulled for Yalter who cleaned out Lin real quick.
If we could use Practice tickets for these, I'd probably not even look up guides anymore. But I'm the sort who hates to waste, so I want to be pretttttty sure I can clear 400 before I go in.
If your concern is only with sanity, you can quit out of the game instead of quitting the map, and you won't spend anything, only works in annihilation
As someone who really likes to test various setups I really like Annihilation and usually spend week to get one that I like most - this one has been a bit bothersome since Rat King's wind-thingy messed up with Skalter.
So I've decided to sacrifice Myrtle and ended up with: left box being bombarded by Fia plus Thorns/Stainless turret to keep that passage; Sui bro plus another turret aimed at other box plus Gladiia taking care of drunks.
0:38 True though. I just plant four lane holders and bring Texalter and Yatoalter and Mlynar. Done
I like this format; there's a lot of epic clears out there but they always lose the process of getting there, and that these ideas don't spring fully formed into the clearer's head.
anni has always been one of my favorite things in arknights, and truth be told i kind of miss updating my auto whenever i built new ops, so i had a lot of fun going in blind too with this one! at least i didn't get hamblasted nearly as bad as those last 10 enemies in the DV anni...
p.s. flagbearers did NOTHING wrong
I try to go in blind for most things but anni is just too long and tedious for that
I dont use guides per se but I always at least watch a clear so I have a rough idea of what/when/where
I sorta miss maldin over annihilation, but with Yato and Texas combined, everything just dies.

Today i m out sanity(irl) and do Anni columbia with dorothy enemies. First try . No leak. +1000 orundum.
Just deploy support mlynar and he kill 70% of solo. 😂 Die from last 4 but i just kill thih shoters with him redeployed and Carnelian who was pannic button in case 😂
FTS is a garbage event.
