I got 98/100, but I studied European history and geography in college, and have visited over 100 countries, which is a great way to remember places around the globe! Didn't know Les Bleus and a Chinese dynasty, but some of these questions were ones I had heard before, maybe 10 of them.
@@XavierChavez-k2u I too made dozens of "educated guesses". The thing is, this series helps with such thing as they don't often include deceiving questions/choices for example if they ask about a historical figure from a Latin American country it's often safe to exclude names that doesn't sound Latin and so on!
I got 93, but half of those were (slightly) educated guesses. I guess that means that I "learned" those at some time but couldn't tell you when or how; the answers were just "in there somewhere,"
Excellent quiz, covering a wide range of years, people and places. My score: 90/100. Thanks for the possible Star Trek answer to the Titanic question. 🙂 Not sure how I missed this when it first came out but glad I found it 2 months later.
The wonderful thing about history questions is that people pride themselves on knowing every detail of a certain culture and time frame instead of asking history questions that deal with the broad strokes of significant parts of what we should all know. Maybe the history professors should just stay in a classroom with each other. You would have fun!
My pleasure! Are you the Davy who sent me the questions? If so thank you, I will be using them in an upcoming video and will give you a mention 😁 You should do well on that quiz 🤣
92/100 I learn something new every time I take one of these quizzes! Thanks for all of your hard work writing and presenting your fascinating content on this channel!
80/100 A great quiz, Ben. The music gets me going, the knowledge keeps me coming back for more. Always an exciting quiz. Tysmfs! Have an amazing weekend❣️ 👍😁✌️
92 (94 with bonus points). I basically failed at a few questions about Africa, which US president signed the act and the sepsis doctor and the teacher of Plato. I'm actually a tiny bit surprised I got so many modern questions (19th and 20th century questions). I'm from Norway and my special interest is ancient and medieval history, as well as Napoleonic, though I am fond of all history. That said because they came with options the quiz was a lot easier than it could have been. Without the options I would have failed a lot more.
79/100, good considering im only 15 and in the UK we don't really do world history, so I've relied on general knowledge, stuff I read when I was younger, and guesses
The leader of the Spartans at the Battle of Thermopylae was King Leonidas. Here's a story about his legendary stand: In the summer of 480 BCE, the Persian Empire, under the rule of King Xerxes, was on the march, seeking to conquer Greece. The Greek city-states, normally fractured and at odds with one another, united against the common threat. Among them, the Spartans stood as the epitome of martial prowess and unyielding courage. At the forefront of this resistance was King Leonidas of Sparta. A seasoned warrior and a shrewd leader, Leonidas was chosen to lead a small force to the narrow pass of Thermopylae, the "Hot Gates," a strategic chokepoint where the vastly outnumbered Greek forces could hold off the Persian army.
99/100 with the options - only missed the last of the Five Good Emperors - and 86/100 without. Don't know the Q9 bonus but I will try 18? Q35 bonus is the Supermarine Spitfire, unless it also had some alphanumeric code assigned to it that I can't think of.
Wow, great result. Yes, he was about 18 when he died, and correct on the Spitfire name. That one would have had a model number, but I don't know it 🤔. Thanks for playing 😁
91/100. Should be 92 but I only know the Boxer Rebellion in chinese. (I'm HKer and we learn chinese history in chinese. How on earth could we know the english name of chinese history events? 🥲)

Missed 7 but made a lot of correct guesses, so...

85/100. I loved that you used James Tiberius Kirk as a choice!
Glad you noticed 😃
And Captain Haddock.... gotta love that Tin Tin
Kirk would have cheated to avoid the iceberg.
Great quiz as always Ben - thank you so much! 🙂 I scored 97/100, Tutankhamun was around 18 when he died an the plane is a Supermarine Spitfire.
Oh, perfect. Thanks for checking in 👍😁
Only person that beat me; congratulations 🎉
89/100, with just general knowledge. Hadn't studied any of it, but retained the Information
84/100. History was never my best subject, but didn’t do too badly for an old lady. King Tut was a teenager when he died.
You did great 😁
I got 86/100 correct.I enjoyed your educational quiz.It increases my history knowledge.Thank you and more power to your quiz.
Excellent!
64/ 100. I am from India and was delighted to see some questions about India.

Great quiz. Tutankhamun was 9 when he became Pharoh and died around 19 when he died.I got 90/100
I got 97/100 and I have never studied history, I have a deegree in philosophy. So it is a pretty good score.
97/100 but I love History. Should have got bonus points for question 82, knowing Captaian Haddock is from Tintin and Kirk is Star trek.
93/100. The supermarine Spitfire, Tutankhamen was 18 nearly 19 when he died.
For a scientific mind I'm pleased with my score.
Excellent
90/100 bonuses 18/19 , super marine spitfire. Great quiz thanks again Ben 👍👍😁🏴
Well done😁
That was fun. I missed 7 but really enjoyed it.
Another excellent set of questions, thanks Ben

80/100 was my score today. I don't know the bonuses. I would guess King Tut was a teenager when he passed. Thanks for another great quiz, Ben! ♥
Thanks for playing. He was about 18/19. There is no definite record
@@Quizzes4U 👍
Only 85 right, gotta go back reading my books.

Got 96/100... Not very good, but good enough for me... Bonus: Supermarine Spitfire...
Excellent, and correct on the bonus 👍😁
94/100 History is a favourite subject. 🇬🇧👍
85/100, the specific questions about English or American history often got me :(
92 including a few educated guesses i.e. process of elimination rather than actual knowledge... still taking those points though! 😅
74/100, loads of my own mistakes by not going with first instinct. Great quiz thanks
Trust your instincts 👍😁 thanks for playing
71/100
89/100. Great quiz with some real toughies, & many others which we learned in elementary school back in the 1960s. Many thanks Ben, from Ben.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Some tough questions. I narrow down the answers to 2 and got most of the questions right.
A lot I knew
96/100😀
Good quiz. 89/100
Agree, and same :)
87/100. I like these better than the science quizzes.😊 thanks.
Excellent! Next one will be a different subject. And then back to some general knowledge questions. I like to mix it up. 👍😁
78/100.
79/100- got lucky with some guessing and educated guessing, and for some reason I didn't say Roman's for the roads question, no idea why.
83/100, though I must say, I guessed about 10 questions and answered many via the process of elimination. “Live long and prosper.” 😂
Happy with 65%
83/100 for me, good quiz

Great quiz thanks. 96/100. King Tut died at 18 I think.
The Supermarine Spitfire shown is possibly a Mk IX (9).

86/100. Tutankhamun died pretty young --I'm thinking 17. (?)
Yes, most references say about 18/19. Thanks for playing
