Great quiz. Loved the addition of the fun facts. I hope you'll continue to have those. I do these quizzes to test and expand my knowledge base. Those fun facts definitely help with the latter.
Great quiz Ben. I had 68/70. I got the Berlin conference and the world wide web questions wrong. I liked the chronological questions with the answers. A good mix of questions.
Great quiz, Ben. Just one tiny thing I don't like in this one. I appreciate the extra fact page, but I dont' like the computer voice. Thanks again for all your hard work.
I've enjoyed these quizzes...having said that... Marconi was recognized as having invented the radio, but it was Tesla who had patented the concept first and was later recognized for having done so by the US Supreme Court when they ruled Marconi's patent was invalid.
I missed one question...the one about Buddhism of all things. As someone who was an adult when the Berlin Wall fell, that was such a time of hope of what might be...very different from now.
Enjoyed the video and the fun facts, but it was not a good experience for headphone users. Please avoid having the sound channels split - it was uncomfortable having the facts spoken in just my left ear and the background music in my right.
Thanks for the feedback. My voiceover is in stereo. I didn't realise the facts voice I used was mono. I will stick to just using my voice in future as that other one wasn't popular. Sometimes I'm just experimenting with new things to see what viewers like best. Thanks
@patmcgillhastings9657 happy birthday pat!! Also I hope you are having an amazing day and life and everyone around you is feeling the energy you put out into the world. I wish more people were as sweet and kind as you and thank you for always being true to yourself
It was not meant as a criticism, but to show how we are often misled by leaders with their own agendas. Your quizzes are outstanding an very much appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work
Thanks. That's ok, it wasn't taken as criticism 😁 I just wanted to convey how difficult it sometimes to cover all variables in a question. I totally agree with your comment, having read lots on the subject. 😁👍
65/70 for Team Harlow on Friday and Wednesday. The Ai interruptions were a Hindenburg rather than a Moon landing to be honest Ben. No harm in trying something different but this wasn't one of them 😢.
57/70. Never been much good in history, due to both lack of interest and very dull teachers in high school. 😄Still, 81% isn't too bad, eh? Thanks for the brain exercise, Ben! ♥ Oh, and I loved the information bits after the questions. ♥
Because it was England. Here's an extract from Historic UK .com "The Spanish Armada set sail from Spain in July 1588, with the mission of overthrowing the Protestant Queen Elizabeth I and restoring Catholic rule over England. On 19th July, word came that the Armada had been sighted and so an English force led by Sir Francis Drake left Plymouth to meet it".
A score is never anything to be ashamed of. It just means you didn't know those things. To be honest , I hope that people learn from these quizzes, as much as confirming what they already know. 😁
I disagree on the reason for the U.S. dropping the atomic bombs on Japan. They knew that Japan was ready to surrender, although we have always heard to end he war. I don’t know the real reason. I suggest reading American Prometheus.
The question was on the reason given, not necessarily the real reason. There's only so much I can cover in a quiz question. Each question asked could be an hour discussion in reality. 👍😁 Thanks for commenting
Same with the Iraq War. However, these are reasons given, not the real reason 😉 For both, I would give the answer industrial military complex of interested nations 😄
Thanks for commenting. Let me explain why. Not all the images were ai, but for many it was the best way to get an image for the text. It is often very hard to find stock images. Also, I think it's the way things are moving now. And It's also the only way to ensure everyone else doesn't immediately copy my content. (Which happens with stock images, I see copy cat videos of mine all over UA-cam, same thumbnail, same questions. Lots of lazy people out there 😞)
@@Quizzes4U Just because that's "the way things are moving" is no excuse to join people using immoral practices. All AI imagery is theft as the AIs learnt on actual art without consent from the artists. The same with AI "music." This is something we should all be rejecting and fighting together
@@didrikmesicek4825Give the man a break. He produces stuff for our enjoyment. Yeah AI sucks, but he didn't invent it. And really, you want to rally the whole world and fight it? I'm afraid you already lost, son.
Great quiz. Loved the addition of the fun facts. I hope you'll continue to have those. I do these quizzes to test and expand my knowledge base. Those fun facts definitely help with the latter.
Thanks. That was my plan. Although I will probably not use the voiceover on the facts again. That wasn't very popular 😞
As always, great and fun quiz! :)
This is great to share with my kids as im sure they will learn a lot. Thanks.
If only my recall was as great as your content! Thank you, Ben, for sharing! 👍😃
My pleasure!
Great quiz Ben. I had 68/70. I got the Berlin conference and the world wide web questions wrong. I liked the chronological questions with the answers. A good mix of questions.
Excellent!
Great quiz, Ben. Just one tiny thing I don't like in this one. I appreciate the extra fact page, but I dont' like the computer voice. Thanks again for all your hard work.
Thanks. Nobody liked that voice. 😳 I promise I won't use it again.
@@Quizzes4U I am so glad you won't use the AI voice again.
I love this quiz

The AI snippets.... not so great. Would prefer you to read them out. Good work though, thanks for your efforts.
Noted. I just wanted everyone to realise how much better I sound than Ai. 🤣😂. It was an experiment.
@@Quizzes4U You do sound much better than AI; you are a warm person, whereas the AI voice was cold.
61/70 great quiz thanks again Ben 👍🏴
Well done!
Bro. I love how there's that little moment to pause and guess the questions before the three options.. keep doing it like that.
Best format yet
58/70 👍
63/70 Enjoyable quiz -- I love history.
I missed one question...the one about Buddhism of all things. As someone who was an adult when the Berlin Wall fell, that was such a time of hope of what might be...very different from now.
Great mental and memory exercise and learning tool. Fun to think about, gratifying to guess correctly, rewarding to learn the ones I didn't know.
Thanks, that's exactly what I was aiming to provide viewers 😁
65/70. Thanks for the quiz.
Another brilliant quiz, Ben - I managed 65/70 🙂
Excellent
History isn’t my best subject, but I got 52/70. I did better on the latter part of the quiz. Always enjoyable!
Happy enough with 85. Got distracted during quiz for a while but this was offset by lucky guesses. Enjoyed it.
Great quiz thanks, that really got my old bonce working!🤔
Excellent once again Ben. I did really badly again but learned a lot. Thank you.
61/70...but really informative, as well.
this is ur best video
This was fantastic! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome quiz. Really enjoyed vignette and extra info rather than just q and a. Lots of hard work much appreciated.
Glad you enjoyed it!

63 I like these single-subject quizzes.
Me too. They take a bit longer to make, but I really enjoy making them. Thanks for commenting 😀
There is some question as to Peter being in Rome. I got most of them, but I’m an old American; so it was exactly “history.” 😂
Ouch. Got some learning to do, especially about the earlier stuff 😮
66/70 Pretty good for a scientist, not historian, if I do say so myself. I'm old enough to remember a whole lot of these events.
Missed 2 today. Not feeling up to par,but enjoyed doing the quiz. Turned 76 today!! Everyone have a great weekend!!!

59 no idea about the american dates! Did get a few right though.
65/70 for Team Harlow on Friday and Wednesday. The Ai interruptions were a Hindenburg rather than a Moon landing to be honest Ben. No harm in trying something different but this wasn't one of them 😢.
I like to think it was more Concorde, brilliant, but ahead of its time. 🤣 Don't worry, it won't be featuring again.
I clearly need to work on my ancient, but not VERY ancient, history.
58. A bit hard!
66 score, ok not great, hi from Canada

Thanks. It was extra work, but seems like everyone liked the facts (apart from the voice) so I will try to continue that.
@@Quizzes4U Well, the voice didn't bother me, but I love British accents, so I won't mind at all if you do the voiceovers in future. 😊♥
Will do. I've had a lot of negative comments about the ai voice part, which I was expecting. But I just wanted to give it a try. I won't again. 😂👍
@@Quizzes4U I tell ya, the things people get upset about. SMH 🙄
57 out of 70 😁
66/70 with the options; 59/70 without.
Great 😃
Can we do one about chemistry and organic chemistry 🥹
Got 69/70... Thank you...

Just a quick criticism. Why is it that it's only the English navy that defeated the Armada and only England that it was launched against?
Because it was England. Here's an extract from Historic UK .com "The Spanish Armada set sail from Spain in July 1588, with the mission of overthrowing the Protestant Queen Elizabeth I and restoring Catholic rule over England. On 19th July, word came that the Armada had been sighted and so an English force led by Sir Francis Drake left Plymouth to meet it".
61/70 I did better than last time. I was too embarrassed to put up my score after seeing all the near perfect scores in the comments.
A score is never anything to be ashamed of. It just means you didn't know those things. To be honest , I hope that people learn from these quizzes, as much as confirming what they already know. 😁
The Chinese reached India decades before Vancouver de Gama.
The Indians reached India before the Chinese
67/70 aint bad
The trick is to get the answers before they pop up.
Prête ❤🎉
The quiz is good, but ...those AI intermissions are awful. They'ne not necessary and completely break the flow of the video-quiz.
Byzantine Empire? Eastern Roman Empire.
I hate how UA-cam automatically gives me the German dub, even if I ALWAYS put it back on English^^
That's a new feature UA-cam has recently added to all my videos. 😳
