What a transformation for Geoff. You went from a big hole in the ground to able to walk on the first floor. Just backfilling the place, getting rid of the dirt piles is making the place drain better, and the guys have a safe place to start the next level. Great job, Chris.

I have watched you on just about every show you have ever been on !! I am a 66 year old partially disabled /retired paramedic, I also used to restore cars {corvettes, Deloreans and Bricklins too!!! } I appreciate your attention to detail and your work ethic. I can no longer do restorations but your shows fondly bring back memories for me! Thank you for doing your shows, I really enjoy them. I am also in Tennessee on Dale Hollow Lake about 100 miles east of Nashville.

Getting old with health issues sucks.
      I'm 69 and I can't restore mechanical pinball games after having a defibrillator/pacemaker installed.
I still do service calls on digital pinball and arcade games, jukeboxes and pool tables.
Next spring I'll finally hand up my staple gun for good after I recover the last 2 pool tables I do once a year for my favorite bar owner.
I'll continue doing service calls for him but a good friend I trained a couple decades ago will take over covering them.
It'll be the end of a 42 year professional amusement vending equipment career.
      Time gets us all eventually.
Watching Cris, Mike Dirt Perfect, Andrew Camarata and a few others keeps me sane, somewhat.

We ARE those kids and because of these videos being on YT, we can still hang out and watch. The differences are many but for me, I get a kick out of riding along with the operator and the close up views from where we would never be allowed to stand and watch. Chris is one of my favorites because he narrates his actions without sounding like he is being videotaped. It’s like he is talking to his buddy and not doing a presentation. When you add in that he can look at a pile of dirt and imagine it redeployed in such a manner that he can anticipate finished levels. It’s almost like he has been doing it all his life.

No kidding!! You best believe, if there was a trac-loader anywhere near my house, me and the boys were dead on it. Pools being dug with a backhoe, lot clearing, it didn't matter we loved it all. I don't know what's happened to young boys these days? I guess they're sadly inside playing video games.

I haven't seen a single rebar cap yet. I'm not a big fan of osha, but i am a religious believer in capping rebar. Anyone who trips and falls on an exposed piece of rebar is going to have a bad day. Elevated it aint a big deal, but at ground level, thats where it gets dangerous.

OSHA saved me and my second shift Ironworker welding crew oj the 70's at a shop were safety was the last concern for us welders.
It was death waiting to happen.
They came in on a surprise inspection and shut us down for 2 days till the shop was clean and organized.
Np more cutting torch hoses everywhere.
No more 440 power cables in areas wee water was leaking from the roof.
      273 items got written up.
We got paid to straighten out that shop including double weekend overtime for Saturday and Sunday nothing shifts working 10 hours both days.
Monday morning the re-inslection passed and the shop reopened.
No fines for the owner because we stuck up for him.
That earned us one heck of a nice catered lunch that Friday by him.

What a big case of UA-cam weirdness! I got the notification yesterday on this video, but wanted to wait til this morning to watch, but it was gone this morning. No clue what they're up to, but, anyhoo, it's looking good, Chris.

Anyone else catch that Chris was backfilling from outside of the taper toward the foundation? Four way Francine can pick out roots. The old girl has almost as much push as Ol`Betty. Didn`t take long to reduce the 'saved' dirt piles.
